Summary
Ira Gamagōri (蟇郡 苛 Gamagōri Ira) is a supporting protagonist and main character in Kill la Kill. He is easily among the most dedicated of the student council. As he is willing to sacrifice himself and others to make sure that the rules are followed at any cost. Gamagori is feared throughout the academy for his immense strength and unnaturally large size, which he uses to keep the students in line.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Three-Star Goku Uniform: Shackle Regalia: The first form of Gamagori's Goku Uniform. This suit has the ability get stronger the more damage that it takes.
- Secret Technique: Self-Flagellation: Gamagori's suit whips himself in order to sustain damage. He'll typically do this if someone knows he gets stronger from absorbing pain and won't attack him.
- Scourge Regalia: Once enough damage is absorbed, Gamagori releases a large amount of destructive energy and undergoes a new, much stronger transformation.
Shackle Regalia Mk.II: An upgrade of the previous suit Gamagori obtains which drastically increases his strength, speed, range and durability yet no longer has him grown stronger through damage.
Shackle Regalia Persona Unleashed: Gamagori's final and by far most powerful form.
- Fire Fist: He shoots flames out of his hand to catch it on fire, then punches people with the flaming fist.
- Unrestrained Ego Blast: Grows a second face out of his stomach and shoots powerful energy beams out of it.
