Summary

Homicide detective Hiroki Dan, the son of a former police superintendent general, seems to be on the fast track to career success. However, he maintains a hidden identity as a serial killer responsible for more than a hundred murders of people he deems beyond the reach of the law.

Lifting Strength: Athletic Human (Rolled a man off a cliff and he could climb a large distance with a rope and somehow got the victims body back up as well. Dove into a fast flowing river and easily dragged a girl out. Dragged Toshi's body around in a large sack and later hung him from a tree)

Intelligence: Genius (Know's police/crime statistics off the top of his head. Connected a string of suicides to a journalist by noticing that each of the victims killed themselves after interacting with the journalist in someway. Noticed stealthy crimes that no one else on the train saw and was then able to successfully stalk him throughout the day and kidnap him despite the fact that he wasn't planning on doing that today. His hobby is pottery, although he's capable of creating functioning works such as coffee mugs he's notably not very good at it. Despite this he uses his pottery hobby as an excuse to own a kiln without attracting any suspicious, he uses the kiln to burn the bodies of his victims. Has knowledge on plant life more specifically mushroom hunting, noticed a small amount of blood. Owns an excavator which implies that he has a license. Could tell that something was bothering Ryo and even accurately read her expression he did this very easily, constantly able to see through the facades of criminals even if they're very public and generally seen as well liked. Seems to know quite a lot about history more specifically ancient torture methods as well as chemistry as he knows off the top of his head the chemical composition of amniotic fluid and it's similarities with water. Correctly deduced that Fuwa had killed Himari by secretly running his prints on the signed book he gave Hiroki against the ones found at the crime scene he was also able to do this before the rest of the police could connect Fuwa to the murder. He was also able to deduce Fuwa's other immoral actions seemingly just by reading his book and somehow knowing that they were lies. Seems to have some level of medical knowledge as he usually knows exactly how much a person can take while torturing them, even to the point of keeping someone alive and conscious even after using a chainsaw to remove their limbs, he's also shown to know CPR. Despite being out of his comfort zone he's still able to easily kidnap and murder a well respected member of the community without being caught. Took down a large conglomerate in one night by successfully getting and anonymously leaking information to the media. Has currently killed and photographed 76 people and numbers the photo's accordingly, however the official description of the manga states he's killed well over 100. Extraordinarily good at creating very convincing and well made costumes)

Weaknesses: Completely sadistic and will torture his victims for hours before eventually killing them, despite this he is very strict in his victim choice and will only ever kill those deserving. Whenever he notices an injustice his eye twitches.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

• Killing Method: When Hiroki finds a suitable victim he will usually use stealth to sneak up on his victims and taser them knocking them out and allowing him to take them to a secondary location (usually his cottage in the mountains), he will then usually set up a room and kill his victim in a thematically appropriate way, for example Hiroki kidnapped a man who killed 2 young girls and chopped up their bodies so Hiroki killed him by cutting off his limb's while he was still alive. Hiroki will also usually play and make references to his favourite movie "the exorcist" by quoting and reenacting scenes from the films usually to taunt his victims. Beyond all this Hiroki will usually spend a lot of time torturing his victims potentially even up to a few hours
