Hanami (花御 Hanami) is an unregistered special grade Cursed Spirit and an antagonist in Jujutsu Kaisen. He wishes to kill humans to create a cleaner world controlled by Cursed Spirits. He is one of the Disaster Curses, who symbolizes humanity's collective fear of natural disasters.

- Domain Expansion (Type 1) (Hanami possess the ability to cast Domain Expansion. The cannot-miss ability of the domain is the beam that is charged with Hanami's left arm.[1])
- Plant Manipulation & Illusion Creation (Hanami's Technique allows him to manifest the illusions of cursed plants into reality. While he appears to be manipulating Cursed Energy, he's actually creating the Cursed plants he controls with Cursed Energy. Any plant or wood attack can be erased from reality just as quickly as it manifested. This ability arms Hanami with a wide variety of cursed plants, each with different capabilities. These include wooded skewers that can pierce sorcerers, branches that can bind them, roots that emerge from the ground, etc.[2])
- Power Absorption (Can launch cursed buds that feeds on the energy of whoever it attaches to[3][1])
- Life Absorption & Energy Projection (His left arm can siphon the life-force of nearby plants, converting them into Cursed Energy, allowing him to release a massive blast of energy[1])
- Power Nullification (Domain Amplification neutralizes all cursed techniques it comes into contact with; however, rather than remaining in a designated space, it covers the user like an aura[4][5][6])
- Mind Manipulation (Can create a circle of flowers around his opponents with a curse that can seemingly take the will of fighting from the opponents[7][2])

Weaknesses: The branches on Hanami's head are his weak point, and thus not as durable as the rest of his body. His wood attacks lose power and speed as it increases with range.
Notable Attacks and Techniques:
- Disaster Plants: Hanami's technique allows him to manifest the illusions of cursed plants into reality. While he appears to be manipulating it cursed energy, he's actually creating the cursed plants he controls with cursed energy. Any plant or wood attack can be erased from reality just as quickly as it's manifested.
- Roots (木の根 Kinone): Hanami can create roots that emerge from the ground. When he limits the reach and numbers of roots, their power and speed increase. Vise versa, he can greatly expand the number of roots and their range by sacrificing speed and destructive power.
- Wooden Ball (木の毬 Kinomari) Hanami can create a single or multiple wooden balls from cursed energy. The balls propel one or two sharp branches attack and skewer their target and then disintegrate. Hanami can also use these to suspend himself in midair.
- Cursed Bud (呪いの種子 Noroi no Shushi): Hanami can launch buds that feed on the cursed energy of whoever it attaches to. The more techniques the person uses, the deeper its roots will extend into their bodies. Hanami can also create a giant flower that spawns a barrage of cursed buds.
- Flower Field (お花畑 Ohanabatake): Hanami can create a circle of flowers around his opponents that distract them with a curse that takes away their desire to fight. Hanami can launch a long range projectile that can activate this ability as well. Flower Field can be weakened depending on Hanami's injuries and Aoi considered it to be one of the curse's weaker moves.
- Domain Expansion: Ceremonial Sea of Light (領域展開「朶頤光悔」 Ryōiki Tenkai: Dai Kōkai): Hanami possess the ability to cast Domain Expansion. The cannot-miss ability of the domain is the beam that is charged with Hanami's left arm. Hanami attempted to expand his domain during his fight against Aoi and Yuji after he charged the flower on his shoulder with cursed energy to prevent them from avoiding his technique. However, this was interrupted when the Curtain keeping out Gojo was dispelled.
- Domain Amplification (領域展延 Ryōiki Ten'en): By expanding his Domain thinly over himself without imbuing the space with his Cursed Technique, Hanami can draw in and neutralize other Cursed Techniques at the cost of being unable to use his own.
