Summary
The Ghosts are the main enemies and antagonists of the Pac-Man series, having antagonized the titular hero himself in their appearances, often trying to catch him relentlessly in multiple mazes and causing cruel, mischievous deeds like kidnapping the Pac-Family for Toc-Man, releasing Spooky from his imprisonment and many others. Despite this, they were sometimes portrayed as allies to him at times, especially when Erwin was syphoning the energy out of their home at Spectral Realm in order to take over both worlds, with Blinky and Pinky assisting him and a fellow ghost, Orson, in their journey to stop him from doing so.

Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level (Blinky can pulverize large metal boxes just by screaming.[6] All four can harm Pac-Man with their attacks,[8] who is capable of fighting monsters who can destroy large stone walls with relative ease, and even helped him defeat Erwin[6])
Speed: Sub-Relativistic (Regularly chases and keeps up with Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man,[19] who can circle around the whole planet in seconds and outrun and dodge lightning bolts[20] and asteroids[7][21][3])
Lifting Strength: Class M (Comparable to Pac-Man, who resisted a gravitational pull which was strong enough to pull in Spooky, who lifted a large chunk of Pac-Village[7])
Striking Strength: Multi-City Block level
Durability: Multi-City Block level (Comparable to Pac-Man and Erwin, who survived being in the epicenter of a large explosion which destroyed his death machine.[6] Can survive being chomped by Pac-Man while he uses a Power Pellet[8]). Toon force, non-corporeality, immortality, regeneration, and resistance to non-physical interaction for their eyes make them quite hard to destroy
Stamina: Superhuman
Range: Standard Melee Range physically; Extended Melee Range to Tens of Meters with abilites, power-ups and equipment
Standard Equipment: Cars, airplanes, pogo sticks, UFO saucers,[1] a electric helmet, a bulldozer,[4] power-ups
- Optional Equipment: The Emperor Ghost,[4] their machines, the Megawhale (submarine),[7] Toc-Man[6]
- Can Create/Summon:
- Black Pac-Bomb: A large black bomb with legs who circle around the Ghost for a few seconds before blowing up whoever gets close enough. It will also respawn to blow up others who get close until it's time runs out.[2]
- Siria the Ice Dragon: A short blue dragon that flies around the Ghost, freezing enemies close to him temporarily by breathing ice at them.[2]
- Sir Pac-a-lot: A large armored knight that protects the Ghost by swinging his sword at an enemy close to him.[2]
- Galaga Ship: A white spaceship which circles around the Ghost and fires energy projectiles at incoming enemies.[2]
Intelligence: Above Average, likely Gifted (Often makes strategies in the maze to capture Pac-Man, with Blinky being somewhat competent in leadership and Inky being declared the most unpredictable ghost, even using such methods.[8] Can control various machines/vehicles with ease, having presumably built them[7] and the Emperor Ghost[4] by themselves)
Weaknesses: Can turn blue and vulnerable if Pac-Man eats a Power Pellet.[8]
