I will rain down every agony, every violation imaginable, upon you... I will parade your cold body from every corner, of every realm, and feed your soul to the vilest filth in Hel, that is my promise!
~ Freya swearing vengeance upon Kratos for her son's death.
There's still a part of me that is so... angry. And it'll always be... It'll always be angry. But, no, you are not the one who needs to die. I do see that.
~ Freya forgiving Kratos for Baldur's death.

Summary

Freya is a Vanir goddess and the former leader of Vanaheim. After leading a long and bitter war with the Aesir, she agreed to marry her enemy in order to maintain peace and safety for her people, with whom she would sire Baldur. After ruling as Queen of Asgard, she grew sick of Odin's tyranny and obsession before breaking off the marriage with him at long last. He would take revenge by banishing and locking her up in Midgard, stripping her of her warrior's spirit. She would stay there until she would meet and aid Kratos and Atreus on their journey.

Unfortunately, this would lead to the death of her son at the hands of Kratos and her vowing revenge. She gradually frees herself from Odin's grip and, after initially combating Kratos and his son, eventually reconciling their differences and rejoins them as an ally.

Name: Freya, "Frigg", The Witch in the Woods, Vanadís, Nað, Queen Mistletoe (By Heimdall)

Origin: God of War

Powers and Abilities:

Attack Potency: Low Complex Multiverse level (Was the leader of the Vanir during the war against Asgard and Odin, with Mimir even stating her to be Odin's deadliest enemy. Was the true Queen of the Valkyries, and as such, she should be superior to Sigrun. Stated to be equal[15] to Kratos in every relevant metric[16], with Kratos himself stating that he can imagine of no more formidable an ally than her[4])

Speed: Infinite (Can keep up with the likes of Kratos, being stated to be his equal in every relevant metric, and Odin)

Lifting Strength: Immeasurable (Able to hold her own against Kratos in sword clashes and is stated to be his equal. Ripped apart the roots of Yggdrasil in both bird form with her claws, and in her God form with her bare hands, to destroy the curse keeping her bound to Midgard[3])

Striking Strength: Low Complex Multiverse level (Can harm the likes of Kratos and is stated to be his equal. As the true Valkyrie Queen, she should be superior to Sigrun. Able to fight on par with Gna, the new Valkyrie Queen whom Sigrun was replaced by)

On top of that, even the small remnants of magic[18] left within the physical forms of her Valkyries' crowns could create a Realm Tear[18] to summon her[18]. Realm Tears are[19] holes in the fabric[20] of reality[18] that threaten the existence of individual realms[21]), Low Multiversal with Bifrost Magic (Can close and open Realm Tears and as a Valkyrie Queen, she is capable of traversing the Nine Realms via the use of Bifrost)

Even Kratos was impressed by her magical abilities, enough so that he called her competent in her craft, even before Mimir revealed her identity as a Vanir goddess. Among the greatest, if not the greatest, masters of the Magics of the Vanir, Freya is capable of casting a wide variety of Seiðr spells without any concentration, requiring simply mere hand gestures and verbal spells in the ancient Vanir language and was the one who taught Seiðr to start with. She's also an immensely skilled combatant who led the Vanir during the war against the Aesir and won numerous battles, stalemating Asgard in the process)

Weaknesses: The limits of her reanimation Magic are still applicable. Was initially consumed by vengeance against Kratos due to him murdering her son Baldur, but she eventually came to terms with the truth and she reconciled with the God of War, choosing Odin as their real target.
