Flail Snail

Summary

A Flail Snail is an elemental creature originating from the earth. In the wild, the snail moves slowly across the ground, consuming raw materials off the surface while leaving a shimmering trail of transparent substance. If a threat were to attempt to harm the creature, it will unleash a scintillating light that stuns enemies before it uses it's flail-like tentacles.

The creature is also known to possess features that make it appear profitably attractive to humanoids, those being it's prized multicolored shell that is capable of nullifying magical spells, and the shimmering substance it leaves on the ground. With this substance, humanoids have used it to form window panes and even solid glass when the substance is heated.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Non-Physical Interaction (As a magical creature, it can properly interact with intangibles, incorporeal, conceptual, and nonexistent beings), Natural Weaponry, Enhanced Senses (Dark Vison, has a Tremorsense of 60ft., meaning it can detect the origin of ripples from the ground within this range), Self-Sustenance (Type 1, 2, and 3, as an elemental it does not require food, water, or sleep), Immortality (Type 9; As an elemental, it can be hit only by +2 magical weapons and above[1] which means it exists on at least three planes[2]), Light Manipulation and Stun Inducement (Can emit a dazzling light from its shell that stuns every creature within a 30ft. radius upon being activated, and will continue to be emitted until after the Flail Snail uses it's weaponry, making it difficult to perceive), Magic Nullification, Conversion, Projection and Reflection (Its shell nullifies magic spells on contact and has the additional yet random potential of either causing no additional effect, reflecting the spell back at the caster or converting the spell's power into a destructive energy used against the snail's foes), Regeneration (Low-Mid, As long as it has one flail tentacle remaining, it can regenerate those that were cut off from it's body within the course of a couple days), Extreme Resistance to Fire Manipulation, Poison Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement, and Stun Inducement

Weaknesses: If all five of it's tentacles were to be cut off, the Flail Snail retracts into it's shell and begins to scream at a rate that can be heard from hundreds of meters away before dying within several minutes. This process is only solvable through magical healing.
