Summary
Garfield Lynns was a professional pyrotechnic effects expert who was eventually driven insane by his obsession with flames, eventually leading Lynns to adopt a hi-tech suit of armour and the name: Firefly and became a crazed arsonist terrorising Gotham. Initially being the partner of Killer Moth he eventually took off to do his own crimes after their relationship became problematic.

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flamethrower Mastery (Precise enough with his flamethrower to be able to burn Batman's grappling line while in midair[1]), Preparation (Shown by his incendiary chip plot where he went around injecting random people with his microchips[2]), Flight (Via suit[3]), Fire Manipulation & Heat Manipulation (Can produce fire with a snap of his fingers in his suit. His flamethrower can shoot a stream flames/napalm[4] that are hot enough to reach flashpoint[5]. Has incendiary capsules capable of roasting Azrael despite his suit being fireproof[6]), Explosion Manipulation (Via explosives[7]), Resistance to Fire Manipulation and Heat Manipulation (Suit comes with state-of-the-art fire-resistant material and cooling units[4])
All previous abilities and resistances, Energy Projection (Able to fire heat beams from his gauntlets[8]), Resistance to Ice Manipulation (Unaffected by being completely frozen solid by Mr. Freeze and quickly broke out[8])
Attack Potency: Small Building level+ (Knocked back Batman with a napalm blast while he was weaken by the fire[9], Knocked down Black Canary with a strike[10], Briefly wrestled with Nightwing while weakened[11] as well as Catwoman[12])
Speed: At least Supersonic+, possibly Hypersonic+ (Should be comparable to the likes of Nightwing and Batman)
Lifting Strength: At least Class 1, possibly Class 5 (Able to put a weaken Batman in a choke hold[5])
Striking Strength: Small Building level+ (Should be physically weaker but still comparable to Nightwing and Batman)
Durability: Small Building level+ (Has taken hits from Jason Todd[2], Huntress[13] and dive tackles from Batman[14][9]. Survived a explosion that destroyed few buildings[11])
Stamina: Superhuman (Endured his whole body being set alight[11])
Range: Standard Melee Range. Several meters with flamethrower (As seen here[15])
- Firefly Suit that contains wings for flight and is bulletproof[16] and fitted with state-of-the-art fire-resistant material as well as cooling units[4]. Also has shown to be able to produce its own fire with just a snap of his fingers[4]. Later, has integrated heat beams[8] in his gantlets.
- Flamethrower, Grenade Launcher[17], Firebombs[4], Incendiary Capsules[6] and Incendiary Chips[18]
Intelligence: Genius (Has knowledge in the fields of pyrotechnics[9], thermal dynamics[19], chemistry[4] and engineering[20]. Built his own suit as well as his own pyrotechnic powder[21]. Was able to recreate and refine Black Mask's chemical implants[2] and incendiary capsules[6] are his own inventions)
Weaknesses: Suffers from severe pyromania which can be easily exploited by a smart enough opponent[9]. Likes to stay at a range as he's not good in close-quarters-combat situations. Fuel supply can be easily pierced[11].
