Summary

SpongeBob SquarePants is a naive and eternally optimistic sea sponge, and the eponymous protagonist of the series, as well as the mascot of the worldwide television network, Nickelodeon. He works as a fry cook at Mr. Krabs' restaurant, The Krusty Krab, and is the best friend of Patrick Star.

He and Patrick are also the next-door neighbors of Squidward Tentacles, who they constantly annoy with their antics.

Whenever SpongeBob isn't at work or home, he attends Mrs. Puff's Boating School, where he causes mayhem for his teacher, Mrs. Puff, with his reckless driving.

While he may come off as a nuisance to his peers, SpongeBob always tries his best to spread happiness to everyone around him and help them with any of their problems, even managing to save Bikini Bottom from numerous threats, such as Mr. Krabs' sworn nemesis and business rival, Sheldon J. Plankton.

SpongeBob's charm has potently reached far distances regardless of affiliation or not even acknowledging what his joke is even about, including through the 4th wall. Instantly made various bloodlusted prisoners act nice, befriending all of prisoners overall which includes the Strangler amongst other volatile deciding to show up for his birthday, with the Strangler’s fame alone being so horrible that no one in Bikini Bottom were willing to help. During April Fools, he showcases strategic manipulating skills, messing with Squidward's psychology to make him feel guilty and confessing that he liked Spongebob with everyone in Bikini Bottom, all of this was orchestrated by SpongeBob from the very beginning. In Gone, SpongeBob's ability to be annoying is such that all of Bikini Bottom had a National No-SpongeBob Day that even his best friends like Patrick were effected by. By visiting a market, he made a happy man extremely depressed just like Squidward, to the point where he gave SpongeBob something free in order for him to go away, and after a colleague he hadn't seen since kindergarten was invited to SpongeBob's party, he preferred to leave his wife behind and move to a different town to get away from SpongeBob. A club was made after his annoyances, describing how warped their perception have become via SpongeBob’s influences. In Truth or Square, SpongeBob's song is heard throughout Bikini Bottom that brought everyone in town together again for the Krusty Krab. Through SpongeBob's exposure alone, he made Man Ray unable to do harm despite previously attacking them, is so beloved that just appearing on a stage made people applaud him as a superstar, made a man like Squidward who was taking an aggressive stance towards him immediately become his friend, Just the fact that he cries made several characters including Plankton feel sorry for him and try to help him with that turning the whole city against the aggressor, made Karen a computer who is loyal to Plankton not help him. in addition to bothering even inanimate beings like Squidward's house, a simple speech from him made a tyrant bloodthirsty like Poseidon who wanted to kill him cry and then become his friend to the point of freeing all his slaves, Squidward admits that SpongeBob with his influence causes mixed feelings that make him hate and love him to the point of admitting that he is his friend and that he shouldn't die.)

Miss Gristlepuss, a cruel woman who served as the leader of "The United Organization of Fish Against Things That Are Fun and Delicious", became filled with love and happiness after eating a Krabby Patty for the first time and spontaneously sung a song about how good they are. A single Krabby Patty cured Pearl's hunger, which was so bad that she was still hungry after eating an entire fridge and all the food in Squidward's house. All of Bikini Bottom immediately went into an apocalypse after the Krabby Patty's secret formula disappeared)

With nothing but a piece of paper, SpongeBob innovated on Squidward's off beat music instantly, to the extent that an entire scripture spontaneously appeared in the process. SpongeBob can eventually become unaffected by Sandy's brute strength, and in Pressure, although he was initially confused from Sandy's tricks, he then performed the same tricks that Sandy used to gain the upper hand against him in a race. In SpongeBob Vs. The Patty Gadget, he was overwhelmed by an advanced Krabby Patty making machine, yet not only keeping up with the machine even in it's berserker stage, but definitively bested hard enough that Neptune would hear it from his home. In "Band Geeks" SpongeBob taught the entire Bikini Bottomites to orchestrate well in under a single night. In Nautical Novice, he mastered all of the logistics/historics of driving a boat within a 1-night session of reading a book, alongside doing the voice of a famous man. In Demolition Doofus, he drove a car competently enough to dodge not only the other intially more skilled competitors, but also drive away from a bloodlusted Mrs. Puff. Able to quickly make his own businesses and eclipse the Krusty Krab many times despite the lack of manager skills, to the point the customers have branded his name instead of the Krabby Patty)
Reactive Evolution (Although he was affected by abilities such as the "Orb of Confusion" eventually became unaffected by the prolonged after effects which left someone as brainless or whom have nonexistent entities in their minds like Patrick confused and unable to respond. Someone like Squidward resisting SpongeBob's abilities eventually gets bypassed many times gaining exhaustion, to the point a cloud formed that doesn't allow him to move on, still succumbed to maddening sufferings from SpongeBob's laugh despite already resisting Madness Manipulation, and perfected Squidward’s abilities to it's most personal as seen in "Squids Visit". In "The Paper" episode, Spongebob not only instantly learned to defy physics with a piece of paper while stumping Squidward in every turn, but also gained the ability to retain the papers density despite the exposure to his mouth should have ripped the paper apart by now. In "The Tattletale Strangler" by just being with the Strangler more did SpongeBob bypass the Stranglers abilities, of which spreaded immediate fear, killing to Transmutating the victims, all by just seeing the Strangler’s poster, only to no longer have any of this from just being exposed to SpongeBob. While SpongeBob was astonished upon seeing Handsome Squidward, he becomes quickly unfazed regardless of the amount of Handsome, where as others had immediate euphoria amongst other effects. Couldn't get past Patrick's odor force field, with his body going away on its own, so he solved this problem by adapting to the smell with a brief exposure so that he was no longer affected by Patrick's ability even with him applying more dirt. In "Battle for Bikini Bottom", he has defeated exact robotic replicas of himself and his friends that were better then them in every way and unlocks newer abilities on the fly)

Regeneration (Low-Godly; instantly regenerated from being reduced to a cloud of dust in "Dunces and Dragons". Regenerated not from the vapor, but from nowhere. Regenerated from having his entire body completely popped into nothingness. Regenerated from being cut in half. can completely destroy his physical body and materialized his body from nowhere. The Flying Dutchman, who is responsible for reaping people’s souls, did not want to reap SpongeBob’s soul due to considering him a fate worse than death. Was still alive after working for an eternity and aging into an undead skeleton, and like Plankton, he can function as a ghost and also scales to Dutchman’s immortality like ghost. If he becomes a ghost, he just comes back to life. Regardless of how SpongeBob dies, he will always come back, which has been proven by the canonical instructions as well as SpongeBob being capable of better assessing situations after he reappears from dying. Frenchy, who is an abstract being that can gaze upon many impossible events from voids, dreams, other universes and literal eternity, stated SpongeBob will continue to exist as long as there are stars in the sky and people remember him within their hearts and minds)
Healing (Even after feeling tired, dizzy and intoxicated, he immediately returned to normal upon realizing that Mr. Krabs was in trouble. In Scavenger Pants, both SpongeBob and Patrick regain their Stamina after exhausting from restless pursuits. In Rock-a-Bye Bivalve, he spent days taking care of a baby clam while simultaneously doing many other tasks without rest, diapers covered their entire house to the extent a truck went to remove at least a portion of them, despite all the responsibility and being very exhausted, SpongeBob recovers. He took so long in taking care of Squidward that even Frenchy needed to step out, but despite the harsh tribulations, SpongeBob still made recoveries. In I ♥ Dancing, despite Squidward tiring SpongeBob out all day so he can go to the audition instead, SpongeBob was seen fully healthy and recovered later on, alongside bringing Patrick. In Nautical Novice, he made an instant recovery from being devoid of rest upon realizing he was late for a field trip)

Quickly dangerous tasks from Kevin immediately even when he wasn't putting in any effort. Defeated Sandy's karate master by accident. The Tattletale Strangler's attempts of murdering SpongeBob constantly failed, and later on after the Strangler tried to escape, he landed in a prison. Several monsters trying to attack SpongeBob and Patrick were randomly defeated, and later on, they charmed swarms of creatures by slapping their knees. Even in death, just a single tear was enough to revive him and Patrick. SpongeBob and Patrick were randomly saved from Dennis again. When he was about to be finished off, dozen selfs from various points of time came to his aid, ultimately frustrating and discouraging Man Ray into giving up, the result of such being infinite. In Wet Painters, Mr. Krabs told SpongeBob not to paint anything but the walls, yet strange things happened in unnatural ways to fix his mistakes, and he kept Mr. Krabs' valuable dollar intact in attempt to clean the paint off of it which didn’t need cleaning anyway; the trick that Mr. Krabs pulled on him ended up backfiring. He and Patrick fell in the same place where they were sent away. Managed to find a way out of RandomLand, a place where "no one ever returned from". his luck is so extensive that it helps him carry out his plans by preventing Plankton from stealing a recipe and helps him avoid direct damage with Mr Krabs even questioning how he was undamaged, even saving him from an area explosion while standing still, random things occur to motivate him to continue, solid projectiles thrown at him miss and are redirected back at whoever tried to harm him. Several good things happened to him while he was ditching class, even besting Sandy at her own game despite having no prior experience with such sports. Unlikely events occurred for SpongeBob's letter to be delivered to vikings. In Wishing You Well, he abruptly found magic in an average well that helped him amongst the denizens make their wishes come true, despite there not supposed being any conventionally in the first place, and Mr. Krabs' taunting backfired on himself. In Home Sweet Pineapple, a single tear caused a seed to sprout another pineapple home in a matter of seconds, when in reality it takes longer, Sandy cites him having supernatural abilities of destruction with just one action of his causing a catastrophe worse than the previous one. In I Had an Accident, even something as absurd as a gorilla appearing out of nowhere in the ocean to harm the crew, SpongeBob causes the most random contrivance which ended the episode in his favor regardless, SpongeBob's presence causes the most random things to save his life to the point where it is claimed that the timeline has become confusing in Back to the past. In Truth or Square, a pineapple fell from above a boat that miraculously gains windows alongside other materials just popping out of nowhere. Unmasked 4 international criminals wanted by the police and a Werewolf by accident with even dusk in broad daylight for the latter to happen. His luck brings bad luck to others like Squidward who before SpongeBob was lucky. In The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie game, he managed to avoid many Goofy Goober employee attacks while pseudo-drunk and talking with Patrick; granted, he did fall down once. A radio tower managed to be destroyed just right to form a bridge to let SpongeBob continue. This power does sometimes work against SpongeBob, though. In The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie game, his Patty Wagon was stolen right after he and Patrick crossed the county line)
Self-Age Manipulation (In "Clams", he rapidly aged himself for 3 days out of impatience and instantly returned back to normal. Morphed himself into his grandfather, and then instantly went back to his normal age. Can similarly turn himself back to normal after becoming elderly and aging into a rotting corpse)

He is a master fry cook that cooked Krabby Patties efficiently even as an infant, later grown up proved to satisfy hordes of Anchovies with an advanced Spatula gadget, bested a Krabby Patty Machine in swift succession, manipulated Mr Krabs and Plankton into The Other Patty to work together without them suspecting creating a formula that overshadowed both of their food, created remedies to stop Pearl's growth spurt and used these to amplify himself, and opened his own restaurant various times with success as seen "SpongeBob's Place" or with the Flabby Patty in disguise.
At times, he is a remarkable inventor as he has made a functioning rocket ship out of boat parts and created a device that sent them from the Krusty Krab to outer space, In "Christmas Who?" made a bottle sending machine, and he probably created the "The Spot Master 6000", which causes Spontaneous Molecular Distortion, and him and Patrick once created a clone of Squidward.
With his bubbles he caused nearly the entire population of Bikini Bottom to travel to Texas in "Rodeo Daze", furthermore made sentient Bubbles in "Culture Shock" & "Bubble Buddy". Later, in "Bubble Town", he created an entire civilization on his own, and has also created destructive bubbles that effected Squidward.

Masterful hunter as seen in "Jellyfish Hunter" where he hunted all in Jellyfish Fields till none are left in a single evening, having created many complex methods from machines, traps, amongst other creative ideas. Jellyfish Fields is 50 miles long and is this populated.
- Its also worth confirming that Jellyfish are also fairly intelligent in their own right, able to communicate with other marine beings to maneuvering technology, even as stealthy as themselves (As seen with Friend the Jellyfish) or in "Jellyfish Jam", the extent of which goes far in "Squid Noir" they have functional societies to clubs alongside having a taste for the music/arts. No stranger in being an excelling builder, not only specializing in building machines to hunt inteligent jellyfish in the past, but also rebuilding the Krusty Krab from scratch on top of the Chum Bucket.
Exceptionally good at cleaning that he can turn the places he cleans futuristically chrome as seen in "Procrastination". He is supernaturally persuasive and crafty, even the surpassing of those of much greater influences. He is an excellent photographer, even taking photos without the other noticing.
Stealthily as crafty in the use of abilities, such as using his Subjective Reality to make everything seem like a dream without the other noticing, uses a variety of teleportation to hide in many locations even spontaneously materialize into a painting as seen in "Squidwood".
There have been more reasonings to show that SpongeBob will actually consistently resort to his abilities in a bunch of varieties of them like Martial Arts, Acrobatics, and Body Manipulation, even as something casual to hunt Jellyfish or invading Squidward’s privacy. Able to do quick mathematics when Squidward left him as the cashier.
His versatile accomplishments in countless areas are so much that his awards could barely fit in his closet.

SpongeBob is also prone to utilizing his hax when need be, such as using his shapeshifting and teleportation to fight Mrs. Puff when he thought she was a criminal, doing the same thing towards The Tattletale Strangler to land him in prison, erasing DoodleBob to prevent him from terrorizing him, Patrick and Squidward any further, wiping out Patrick's thoughts to make him focus on a task, teleporting through the plot to warn Mr. Krabs about bikers, fighting Patrick with sand creations, utilizing his Broadway Force while warping reality to take on Plankton, using his Subjective Reality to make things fictional/dreams real, scaring Bikini Bottom's citizens (including his friends) with invisibility, etc. He has even used his hax for something as casual as hunting jellyfish or annoying Squidward, whether it be invading his mind or creating an entire pocket dimension to mess with him.

If he has his optional equipment, he is very prone of leading with them and while he is too ignorant to use the Magic Book offensively, he knows how to use it, and is far more prone to use it defensively instead.

Although SpongeBob in this form is quite stronger physically, he now leads more with the bubbles than before, as the name suggests. He may also use any of his optional equipment accordingly if he has enough time for it (The Quickster suit obviously can't be stacked, but the Magic Book is still usable, but still defensively, as stated before). It should be noted that SpongeBob still has his hax and other abilities in this form.
