Summary
The Marvel Cinematic Universe, or MCU, is a media franchise, and shared universe that is centered on a series of superhero films and television series independently produced by Marvel Studios, and based on characters that appear in publications by Marvel Comics. The franchise has expanded to include comic books, short films, and a television series. The shared universe was established by crossing over common plot elements, settings, cast, and characters. As of Spider-Man: No Way Home, the Sam Raimi Spider-Man Trilogy, The Amazing Spider-Man Film series, and Sony's Marvel Universe have been connected to the MCU's multiverse, further expanding the already large scope of this franchise.

Power of the Verse
The Marvel Cinematic Universe currently ranges anywhere from Human level to Low Complex Multiverse level in power. Despite that, most characters don't nearly compare to their comic book counterparts.
Regarding those involved with dangerous threats, yet remain on the less powerful end of the hierarchy, are Small Building level, scaling from Ant-Man surviving a small portion of the Sanctuary II's missile explosion that made a mile-wide crater and an energy beam from Kang the Conqueror that can instantly vaporise Freedom Fighters. Characters that handle more grounded street crime, such as Daredevil, are Small Building level for the most part. This is due to Daredevil being able to have the upper-hand against Maya Lopez while casual. Those in this side of the universe with superpowers, such as Jessica Jones, start out at least Small Building level. Resurrected Elektra manages to reach at least Small Building level, likely higher due to being superior to the previously mentioned character. Luke Cage reaches Building level+ after his amplification.
Those who have taken the Super Soldier Serum, or have matched if not exceeded those who have received the Serum in combat, are Building level+ originating from Shuri withstanding the explosion of the Royal Talon Fighter in close range. Captain America and Spider-Man support this rating, with the former surviving a punch from Quicksilver and the latter not only capable of harming Rogers, but also taking blows from Shocker's gauntlets which were superior to Crossbones', and endured a Pumpkin Bomb explosion point-blank immediately after having taken a beating that left his ribs broken.
Mark 6-7 Iron Man scales to Small Town level due to being able to fight those who can damage his armour, which withstood part of a shockwave that levelled everything in a mile. Characters like Loki scale due to withstanding Iron Man's repulsor blasts, with Valkyrie and Sif scaling higher due to harming and overpowering Loki. Mark 8-45 Iron Man scale to Small City level, as the Arc Reactor utilised is one thousand times more powerful, while the Guardians of the Galaxy are Mountain level due to withstanding attacks from Ego's avatar and a more powerful version of Ronan's blast that one-shot the Other, who is very powerful in comparison to Loki.
Pre-Awakening Thor and others on his power level scale to Country level, as he obliterated Jotunheim's landscape and shook the entire planet, as well as destroyed all of Sokovia, amongst other feats. Characters like Post-Awakening Thor, Thanos, Iron Man's nanotech armours and Captain America with Mjölnir are at least Large Country level+ due to Awakened Thor briefly surpassing and knocking out Depowered Hela with a lightning blast, who considered the Casket of Ancient Winters weak. Captain Marvel, despite her powers varying depending on her glow and self confidence, typically surpasses the strength of Thanos and scales to at least Large Country level+, with her being so powerful that he was forced to use the Power Stone as it was the only way he could sideline her. Upon gaining full confidence in herself, she reached a new peak in power and reignited Hala's Sun, putting her at Small Star level.
At full power, Hela scales above the Tesseract and Bifrost, putting her at least Multi-Continent level, likely Planet level. Eternal Flame Surtur and Odin are also on the same tiers, with the latter possessing Earth-shattering force and having devastated whole worlds.
Khonshu could easily move the Moon to create an eclipse, putting him at Planet level+. However, with spatial manipulation, he and his empowered avatar are Multi-Solar System level, as they were capable of reshaping the night sky. Ammit herself physically upscales from Khonshu. Thor: Love and Thunder saw Thor skyrocket to at least Large Planet level as he could overpower the most powerful gods in the universe and trade blows with Gorr the God Butcher. The Celestials are Multi-Galaxy level as, other than being bigger than galaxies, they can create celestial objects that include also Suns that dwarf multiple solar systems in size, while their leader, Arishem, is Universe level due to creating the universe by causing the Big Bang.
Sorcerers such as the Ancient One or Kaecilius are Building level+ and can boost their power in the Mirror Dimension and their Tao Mandalas are Mountain level. Kaecilius' boss, Dormammu, is an extradimensional being and the master of the Dark Dimension, who has consumed countless dimensions and universes into his Dark Dimension which he assimilates them into himself, making him Multiverse level.
The most powerful characters in the main MCU continuity are Multiverse level+ to Low Complex Multiverse level. Kang the Conqueror has access to technology that can destroy entire timelines. Alioth was weaponised by He Who Remains to end the Multiversal War and isolate the Sacred Timeline. The Watcher is a 5th dimensional being who exists outside the planes of space and time of the Multiverse, whose boundaries are irrelevant to a being like him and is stated to be above everything and everyone else. Infinity Ultron can alter the space-time continuum of universes just by punching and is stronger than The Watcher himself. As the God of Stories, Loki pulled together the timelines of the Multiverse into a Yggdrasil-like structure. However, the most powerful character in the entirety of the MCU is K.E.V.I.N., an artificial intelligence who produces MCU content for viewers in The Real World, seeing the MCU continuity as fiction, placing it even higher into Low Complex Multiverse level.
Speed is surprisingly impressive. While lower tier characters tend to exhibit Supersonic+ combat and reaction speed, most of the cast are Massively Hypersonic+, scaling to feats such as Spider-Man dodging meteors thrown by Thanos and lightning from Electro, while the higher tiers are Relativistic+ scaling to Captain Marvel scouting a planet in a short timeframe. Infinity Ultron has Massively FTL+ attack speed for being able to grow larger than a galaxy in an instant and even being able to blow one up with a thought.
S.H.I.E.L.D. has access to nuclear weapons capable of entirely destroying New York City, the Asgardians can use the Bifrost to destroy an entire planet over time, and there are space-travelling races and portal technology.
The Infinity Stones have shown powerful hax like the Power Stone contained in the Orb being able to enhance its user's power to destroy all organic life on a planet. The other Infinity Stones are used as the core of relics of great power that harness their energy: The Tesseract, which is built around the Space Stone is capable of city-busting with a teleportation effect that gives the appearance of disintegrating whatever it hits. The Aether, with the Reality Stone as its core, can enhance the power of its wielder to Thor's level and is capable of rewriting a universe during the Convergence. The Mind Stone grants its wielder power over the minds of other beings and can grant sentience to artificial intelligence. The Time Stone can reverse and accelerate time, as well as create time loops that not even Dormammu can break. When all the stones were put in the Infinity Gauntlet it gave Thanos the ability to deconstruct half of all life in the Universe. The Sorcerers have also shown some decent abilities like Transmutation and Reality Warping.
Note: Please exercise caution when scaling characters from the movies to the ones from the Netflix TV shows and vice-versa as the movies barely acknowledge the TV shows themselves.
Magic in the Verse
There is magic in the MCU, it deals with extra-dimensional energy and quantum mechanics. All of Asgard is powered by the magical Odinforce. The Sorcerer Supreme's job is to train students in learning magic and defending Earth from mystical threats such as Dormammu. There are are also several other kinds of sorcery practiced by smaller and independent magic clans. There are also mentions of several mythical beings, such as the Scarlet Witch.
