Summary

OFF is a Belgian surreal adventure role-playing game created by Mortis Ghost. The Plot is centered around an entity known as the Batter, who is described as being on a "sacred mission" to "purify" the world of OFF. The Batter travels through four bizarre Zones in the world, revealing more about the world as the game goes on.

Power of the Verse

OFF is a deceptively powerful verse. with a variety of abilities and attacks in their arsenal. The Elsen are relatively normal humans, and are thus around Human level, although a variety of elsen, known as the burnt, can can reach as high as Street level to Building level. The Guardians are some of the stronger entities in the world of OFF, reaching Planet level and where capable of creating their entire zones by themselves. likely Star level is where the most of the strongest characters sit at, due to the room being able to hold a star within it, however they are likely able to achieve far higher due to the implication of save files being their own timelines. Hugo is the most powerful character in the setting, as he was able to make the switch and the room in its entirety, the switch being Universe level+ due to being able to destroy the universe, of which hugo should scale to due to creating it. Finally, the puppeteer, who is Low Complex Multiverse level due to viewing the entire universe of OFF as mere fiction, thus making it, in the setting of the story, ontologically superior to said universe.
