Summary
The Nantex-class territorial defence starfighter, often simply called the Geonosian starfighter, was a line of swift light interceptors manufactured by Huppla Pasa Tisc Shipwrights Collective, a Geonosian starship manufacturer. They were built solely for use by Geonosians, with attempted use by normal humanoids resulting in actual physical injuries due to the complex and delicate movements required to operate the unique controls. Furthermore, the pilots who flew these craft would develop a bond with them, preventing even other Geonosians from operating them.

Speed: Transonic atmospheric speed (1,250+ km/hr). Can accelerate continuously to Sub-Relativistic+ speeds in space (More than capable of matching the Vulture Droid and Hyena-class Bomber)
Durability: Small Building level (Should be at the very least as durable as the Vulture droid and Hyena-class bomber)
Range: Several kilometres with its laser cannon.
Weaknesses:
- Lack of deflector shielding makes it a glass cannon and susceptible to literally being one-shot by starfighter grade weaponry and defensive laser cannon emplacements.
- The fact that it can be used only by Geonosians and that too only the Geonosian pilot who has bonded with it severely limits its strategic and tactical value.
- Lack of a hyperdrive system necessitates being ferried to battlefields across interstellar distances by a hyperdrive equipped carrier craft. This further reduces its overall strategic viability.
