Hulk Endgame
For years, I'd been treating the Hulk like he's some kind of disease, something to get rid of. But then I started looking at him as the cure. Eighteen months in a gamma lab. I put the brains and the brawn together. And now look at me. Best of both worlds.

I spent a lifetime running from this aspect of myself. Denying half of your being is no way to live, trust me.

Summary

Dr. Robert Bruce Banner is a renowned scientist in the fields of Biochemistry, Nuclear Physics, and Gamma Radiation. He is one of the scientists who tried to recreate the Super Soldier Serum which originated Captain America in World War II, but when an exposure to high levels of Gamma Radiation instead of Vita Radiation went awry, the mild-mannered scientist found himself plagued with a peculiar condition; when angered or provoked, he would transform into the rage-fueled and nearly mindless green-skinned monster known as the Hulk.

Shortly after the Snap, Banner merged himself and Hulk into one being, which resulted in his body permanently transforming into a Hulk form while he retained control over it, becoming a popular celebrity of Earth. He later called this form Smart Hulk.

Powers and Stats

Tier: At least 7-A, likely 6-C, higher with Rage | 6-B, higher with Rage | At least High 6-B | 6-B

Key: Avenger | Gladiator | Hulkbuster 2.0 | Smart

Name: Robert Bruce Banner, Hulk

Origin: Marvel Cinematic Universe

Gender: Male

Age: 54 in Endgame, possibly much higher factoring in the time dilation of Sakaar

Classification: Human for Bruce, Mutated Alternative Personality for Hulk, Combination of Bruce's mind and Hulk's body as Smart Hulk

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Regeneration (Low-Mid; healed from a stab by Abomination.[1] Later regenerated from having his leg pierced by Fenris[2]), Vehicular Mastery (Can drive a Quinjet[3]), Gamma Radiation Absorption,[1] Rage Power (His strength grows as his rage increases[4]), Vibration Manipulation (Via Thunderclaps[1]), Transformation, Multiple Selves (Type 1; Hulk and Bruce Banner are separate personalities[5]), Berserk Mode; Resistance to Alcoholism, Immunity to Disease Manipulation (Samuel stated that his DNA could make humanity immune to disease, which has been displayed as it mutates the person if his DNA is in their blood stream[1]), Poison Manipulation (Was unaffected by nerve gas), Sleep Inducement (Unaffected by the Hulkbuster's sleeping gas[3])

Same as before, plus: Martial Arts and Weapon Mastery (Fought on Sakaar as a gladiator, capable of using a large hammer and axe in combat[2]), Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Took two strikes from Post-Awakening Thor, albeit was visibly dazed[2])

Resurrection (Reversed the Snap caused by Thanos[6]) and access to all powers of the Infinity Stones (However, he is inexperienced with the Gauntlet, unaware of its full capabilities and gets harmed by using it, although the latter may vary with the magnitude of what he uses it for)

Attack Potency: At least Mountain level, likely Island level+ (Tony Stark and Bruce Banner designed the Hulkbuster[8] and Veronica[3] as measures to fight Hulk, suggesting that he is more powerful than Iron Man's Unibeam. Traded blows with a weakened Thor. Able to destroy the armor of a Leviathan.[9] Caused earthquake-like tremors while punching Stark's containment shield[3]), higher with Rage (His strength grows as his rage increases[4]) | Country level (Stronger than before. Fought on par with Pre-Awakening Thor. Cracked the Bifrost Bridge by simply taking steps on it and then unintentionally blew out a chunk of it alongside Fenris[2]), higher with Rage | At least Large Country level+ (Fought Cull Obsidian[5]) | Country level (Is the result of bringing together the strength of Hulk and the genius intelligence of Bruce Banner[6])

Speed: Subsonic travel speed (Travelled from Brazil to Guatemala in 10 hours[1]) with Massively Hypersonic+ combat and reaction speed (Somewhat kept up with a weakened Thor.[9] Can cause a sonic boom by clapping his hands together[1]) | Subsonic+ travel speed (Leapt from the Rainbow Bridge to the Statesman[2]) with Massively Hypersonic+ combat and reaction speed (Somewhat kept up with Pre-Awakening Thor[2]) | Relativistic+ combat and reaction speed (Kept up with Cull Obsidian[5]) | Subsonic+ travel speed with Massively Hypersonic+ combat and reaction speed

Lifting Strength: At least Class M (Pushed back a Leviathan. Far stronger than Loki.[9] Threw a large rock several hundred feet away[1]), higher with Rage | At least Class M (Stronger than before. Equally as strong as Smart Hulk), higher with Rage | Class T (Broke free from the restraint of Cull Obsidian's weapon, which knocked back Mark 50 Iron Man and briefly restrained him[5]) | At least Class M (Equally as strong as Gladiator Hulk. Threw a boulder into the atmosphere[7])

Striking Strength: At least Mountain level, likely Island level+, higher with Rage | Country level, higher with Rage | At least Large Country level+ | Country level

Durability: At least Mountain level, likely Island level+ (Took attacks from a weakened Thor. No-sold blasts from hundreds[10] of Chitauri Chariots before they could give him a nosebleed[9]), higher with Rage | Country level (Survived a brutal beatdown from Thanos.[5] Took two strikes from Post-Awakening Thor, albeit was visibly dazed. Endured strikes from Pre-Awakening Thor[2]), higher with Rage | At least Large Country level+ (Took punches from Cull Obsidian[5]) | Country level

Stamina: Average as Banner, Superhuman as the Hulk (Can contend against the likes of Thor for extended periods of time.[9][2] Endured a brutal beating from Thanos for a short while before being knocked out[5])

Range: Extended Melee Range, Tens of Meters with Thunderclaps

Standard Equipment: None notable

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius as Bruce Banner and Smart Hulk (Created an anti-radiation serum with a plant and make-shift lab. Stated by Black Widow to know gamma radiation better than anyone else. His work on antielectron collisions is considered to be unparalleled by Tony Stark.[9] Stated to know bio-organics better than anyone. Helped Tony Stark to design Veronica and the Hulkbuster.[3][8] Has 7 PHDs. Discussed singularities and space travel with Thor.[2] Co-created the Quantum Time Machine and Quantum Time Travel Suits. Created the Nano Gauntlet alongside Tony Stark and Rocket Raccoon. Smart Hulk is the result of bringing together Bruce Banner's intelligence with the strength of Hulk after 18 months in a gamma lab[6]). Below Average as Hulk (Only capable of of simple speech,[9][2] though he is smart enough to use environmental objects in combat.[1] Later capable of utilising proper weapons to fight, such as a large hammer and axe[2])

Weaknesses: As Banner, he can be killed just as easily as any normal human, as long as he isn't given sufficient time to transform into the Hulk. Needs a heartbeat of 200 BPM to transform (formerly). His cells can be drained of their radiation, reverting him to Bruce Banner, though this is only temporary. As Hulk, he is mindless in his fighting style, causing him to be defeated by more skilled fighters such as Thanos | Incapable of utilizing boosts in power from his rage, having overcome his anger. His right arm was damaged after he used the Nano Gauntlet to bring back those wiped out by Thanos' Snap, though he later managed to heal it
