Flect Turn Render
You would question me? Quirks are a tragedy. Because of this ailment, I was never once held by my parents, never knew a caring touch. Even my closest friends and those I gave my heart to left me, their feelings repelled. I watched them all leave me, one by one... Since I reflect everything, I couldn't even choose death for myself. A Quirk that cannot be controlled leads to a life of suffering! But I can save others from this misery. These Meta Powers will trample no more hearts!
~ Flect Turn to Deku

Summary

Flect Turn (フレクト・ターン Furekuto Tān) is a villain and the primary antagonist for My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. He is the leader of the global cult Humarise, which subscribes to the Quirk Singularity Doomsday Theory and aims to eliminate Quirks from the world.

Powers and Stats

Tier: Low 7-B, Varies with Reflect

Name: Flect Turn (Villain Name)

Origin: My Hero Academia

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown

Classification: Human, Villain

Power and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (Fought Deku hand-to-hand on equal foot), Attack Reflection (His Quirk is able to block physical contact and reflect hits directed at him), Absorption (Can absorb attacks for later usage), Levitation (Can float above the ground with Arachne)

Attack Potency: Small City level (Able to clash with and injure 20% Deku, who is capable of harming villains that can withstand Dynamight's Howitzer Impact), Varies with Reflect (A Quirk that reflects his enemies' attacks back at them)

Speed: High Hypersonic (Easily outpaced 10% Deku and could keep up with his 20%)

Lifting Strength: Class G (Able to resist and hold back the crushing pressure of several million tons of force)

Striking Strength: Small City level, Varies with Reflect (Can increase the force of his blows with absorbed attacks)

Durability: Unknown (Cannot be physically affected due to his Quirk), Varies (Even when overpowered, his Quirk can reflect back hits that match it), At most Large Island level+ with Reflect (Despite being easily overwhelmed, he could withstand numerous punches from 100% Deku, though he couldn't reflect back any of them, and was ultimately defeated by his United States of World Smash)

Stamina: Superhuman (He had a prolonged fight against Deku where his limits were tested and exceeded. Even when being injured through his Quirk he could continue fighting)

Range: Standard Melee Range, Varies with Reflect (Can reflect ranged attacks back at the attacker)

Standard Equipment: Arachne, a high-tech support item that Flect Turn wears around his waist like a belt with nodes that lead up his spine. Protruding from the spinal frame are four segmented mechanical arms with spiked mirrors at the ends that can be used along with his Quirk. He can channel absorbed energy through the mirrors to act as thrusters, allowing him to navigate in the air or increase the strength of his blows.

Intelligence: Gifted (Flect Turn is a tactical mastermind in manipulation and was the leader of Humarize, an Anti-Quirk cult, for several years. He was able to device a plan to completely annihilate the hero society that would have worked with ease had he not been stopped by Deku and Rody. Easily outwitted the entirety of the global hero population, staying one step ahead in all aspects)

Weaknesses: His Quirk does not allow any physical contact, which has caused him to vehemently hate Quirks and wish for their eradication. His Quirk has a limit to the amount it can reflect, and can be surpassed if enough strength is used. It can also be worn down over time with repeated blows of significant power, though how long it takes for his Quirk to run out in this case is unknown.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

Reflect: Flect Turn's Quirk allows him to reflect any attack and its effect back at it's user. He can also store the attack to use later, rather than just reflecting it immediately. This Quirk isn't well suited for enduring several powerful attacks and will wear out in prolonged battles. A more powerful attack cannot be reflected by the Quirk, showcased when he couldn't reflect Deku's United States of World Smash in the climax of their battle.
