Summary
Mu Siyun was a university graduate who aspired to do great things in life but was hindered by his poor social standing and lack of a proper job. After applying for a position in one of the great fleets, he is made the Fleet Admiral of Beiyang. Using this new position, Mu sought to single-handedly eradicate all the evil and corruption throughout the universe.

Intelligence: Extraordinary genius. Mu is a tactical genius capable of amazing foresight. Even his weaker puppets are capable of making advanced calculations within the span of two seconds, the latter of which is considered slow by his own standards. Mu also has background knowledge on a plethora of subjects such as physics and math, and can utilize this knowledge in battle in conjunction with his abilities. He is also capable of deriving conclusions based on surface level knowledge that are almost always correct.
Weaknesses: Some of Mu's powers require material to be converted into energy, such as a few planets to turn into a black hole.
Note: Mu almost never fights with his main body in the series. As such, it should be made clear in the OP of VS threads if Mu is fighting himself, one of his battle puppets are, or Mu and all his puppets are being used.
