Summary
Fei Rune is a protagonist of Inazuma Eleven GO! Chrono Stone who helps Tenma Matsukaze and Raimon stop Protocol Omega from erasing the future of Soccer by assembling the Strongest Team in History. He comes from 200 years in the future, and travels across time with his companion Wandeba using the Inazuma TM Caravan. He plays for Raimon as a Midfielder and key asset. It is later revealed that Fei is part of Feida, a terrorist organisation from the future made up of Second Stage Children, in which Fei's memories were forcibly repressed in order to put an elaborate stop to Protocol Omega's plans to erase the Second Stage Children, causing him to turn back on Raimon, though he later returns to their side and becomes a member of Chrono Storm, The Strongest Team in History.
He is also revealed to be the child of Kinako Nanobana.

- Optional Equipment: Ampule Weapons, Blocking Chip (Ear Chip that protects Fei’s mind from being attacked)
Intelligence: Fairly High (Based on soccer knowledge and skill, Second Stage Children are naturally much smarter than that of regular humans, Knowledgeable on time travelling and its effects)
Weaknesses: Hates to use his Keshin due to its resemblance of his childhood trauma, and only uses it when needed. As a Second Stage Child, Fei has a shortened lifespan to around 20 years old and cannot reach adulthood (though has been implied to have removed Second Stage Child powers by the end of Chrono Stone), His Dupli are remote controlled, and must be within his field of vision to work properly as well as drain his stamina while doing so, Can only summon his keshin a limited number of times, and it will require time before a Keshin that has been defeated can recover. Keshin Armed drains his stamina longer than usual and has a time limit (Which is why it is used in shorter bursts).
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
Solo Hissatsu:
- Bouncer Rabbit: A Shoot hissatsu in which Fei flips around the ball to launch it into the air with a bounce, and then strikes it behind a full moon, filling it with moonlight as the ball bounces towards the goal. This hissatsu was able to break through Shinsuke’s Buttobi Punch during the Garu match in Ragnarok.
- Sky Walk: Fei jumps with the ball as he elevates himself using platforms made from the air over opponents.
- Air Bullet: Fei forms a soccer-ball sized ball of air, which becomes solid with the strong internal winds inside to which he then shoots at an opponent, knocking them down and is used to gain possession of the ball.
Combination Hissatsu:
- Extreme Rabbit: A combination hissatsu used with Tenma, and acts as an evolved hissatsu of Bouncer Rabbit. Both Tenma and Fei flip around the ball together and bounce it into the air, to which Tenma then holds Fei’s forearms and flips him over to strike the ball with enhanced momentum. The ball splits into three different bouncing projectiles towards the goal while charged with moonlight. This move was able to break through Rau Sem’s Keeper Command 16 while both Fei and Tenma activated Keshin Armed (With Fei also in his Mixi Max form).
Keshin: A Keshin, or Avatar, is the physical manifestation of one’s spiritual energy and heart, with its strength and abilities determined by the spirit of its user. These Keshins are brought out with intense training and feeling among individuals, making them only usable by the extremely skilled. Keshins take the form of a large anthropomorphic creature that appears visibly behind their summoner and with this Keshin summoned, the user has the physical force and power of it on their side, increasing their strength and momentum as well as gaining new hissatsu or abilities. In some cases, however, Keshins can only be brought out a limited number of times and if destroyed, they will require time to restore for the user to summon them back (Though is usually only a few minutes or so within the matches). However, Keshin drawing is possible which allows teammates to give a portion of their spiritual energy to draw out and strengthen another person’s Keshin. Keshin fusion is also possible, in which users can fuse their souls to create a stronger keshin. Keshins also protect the user’s mind and spirit, preventing them from being mentally deterred from their passions or mind-controlled (Note that it doesn’t protect from any other mental attacks). In the Danball Senki crossover, it is also stated that Keshins can prevent their users from being completely erased from space-time, though only if their spirits are strong and do not give in to despair.
- Keshin Armed: Keshin Armed is a technique that further allows the user to strengthen themselves using their Keshins, to which the user equips their keshin onto them. This raises their speed, power and grants them extra abilities. The user, however, must be able to communicate with or understand their keshin to use this. It has been stated that Kenshin Armed is stronger than Mixi Maxing, however at the expense of more energy, and therefore has a time limit.
Fei’s Keshin:

Kousoku Toushi Robin, or Lightspeed Fighter Robin, is Fei’s Keshin, a knight combatant that resembles that of a rabbit. He is described to have quick wits akin to that of a rabbit/hare and is a wood based Keshin. Due to its resemblance to a stuffed toy Fei had been given to from his father who abandoned him, he states he has a hatred for his Keshin, and barely used it throughout the series until it was extremely necessary when fighting Perfect Cascade. He is able to use its Keshin Armed on top of his Mixi Max form to further multiply his power as well.
Hissatsu:
- Mangetsu Rush: A Keshin hissatsu shot where Fei kicks the ball upwards with Robin behind him, jumping upwards, and continually strikes the ball with his heel while Robin delivers multiple punches towards it. This charges the ball with a blue energy and then finally gets shot at the goal. This shot had forced Zan’s Goalkeeper to use his own Keshin Block hissatsu Gigabyte Screw in order to stop it, while Fei’s true power had been suppressed.
- Hayashi no Otakebi: Robin’s Keshin skill that increases all teammates’ wood-based hissatsu techniques as long as he is summoned.
Mixi Max Forms:
Mixi Max: Tyrano: Fei possesses a Mixi Max transformation with Tyrano, a Tyrannosaurus Rex that Wondeba had collected the aura of to fuse Fei with. With this, Fei gains the power, intelligence and spirit of the dinosaur on top of his own abilities, as well as it being the first Mixi Max form introduced into the series. This form was able to contend with Protocol Omega led by Alpha.
Mixi Max Hissatsu:
- Kodai no Kiba: Fei gathers the strength of a Tyrannosaurus Rex and shoots the ball with the power of its bite at the goal. It was able to break through Zanou’s Keeper Command 03.
- Kick Plus 10: A Passive Skill used to increase Fei’s Kick power in the games by 10 points.
Mixi Max: Big: Fei later gains another Mixi Max Form, this time with a baby dinosaur named Big, who was the child of Rockstar. After harnessing its inner courage, Fei and Big became compatible to Mixi Max. This form is considered a much stronger upgrade to Fei's Tyrano Mixi Max, and was capable of keeping up and defeating Perfect Cascade. Fei is also able to stack his Keshin Armed form onto this Mixi Max Form, despite requiring a lot more energy. With this Mixi Max, he became a member for Chrono Storm, the strongest team in history.
Mixi Max Hissatsu:
- Ouja no Kiba: An evolved form of the Kodai no Kiba, in which Fei gathers the strength of Rockstar, a Dinosaur considered the strongest in history, and shoots the ball with the power of her bite at the goal. This shot was able to score against powerful teams such as Perfect Cascade and The Lagoon.
- Kick Plus 30: A Passive Skill used to increase Fei’s Kick power in the games by 30 points.
- Saikyou Eleven Hadou: The strongest Combination Hissatsu unique to the team Chrono Storm, also considered Strongest 11 in History. The shot combines the power and energy of all members of Chrono Storm in their Mixi-Max forms, which was capable of completely overpowering all of the members of The Lagoon.
Dupli: Fei is capable of releasing Dupli, an apparent form of Keshin technique that allows him to summon duplicates of himself with their own differing qualities such as gender, body size and hissatsu. These can act as separate players to him when playing soccer to act as his own team. They are stated to have no substance, and can be summoned or disappeared by Fei from a click of his fingers in an instant. Despite this, they have comparable physical characteristics to Fei, though being individually inferior to him. Dupli however requires Fei to remote control them, which he has shown to be extremely capable of doing, easily being able to control nine at a time while in the middle of a soccer match, playing to each of the Dupli's individual positions and techniques. However he has also been able to practise against them, showing a sense of their own autonomy. Fei has 9 separate Dupli

This move was able to block Alpha’s Shoot Command 01, as well as while Alpha was in his Keshin Armed form with the help of other Defending Dupli. It later evolved to Excellent Breast Kai and stopped King Arthur’s Era Kurama’s Sidewinder.
- Power Spike: A Catching Hissatsu in which Matchos leaps into the air and slams the ball down to the ground with the power of a rushing comet.

Second Stage Child Abilities: Fei is revealed to be a Second Stage Child, the next evolution for mankind with superior strength, intelligence and new found psychic abilities brought out by the genes strengthened by soccer through the generations. Because of this and his parental abandonment, Fei joined Feida to help hone and strengthen these powers for the cause of Saryuu. With these powers, Fei is capable of telepathy, telekinesis, transmutation and a way to add pressure to someone’s brain mentally to immobilise them in pain, to the point it was at a danger of becoming lethal. Fei has also shown to be able to move normally while using these powers, such as still being able to play soccer, showing they do not strain him physically. However, it appears he is able to overexert himself with these abilities and pass out through overuse, though unknown if it was solely due to using his powers. It is unclear to say if every single Second Stage Child gets access to all the range of telepathic abilities they hold, however Fei may also possibly have powers such as energy beams or memory manipulation. Due to this new evolution however, the human bodies of the Second Stage Children were not able to fully support the powers, which led to their lifespans being around the age of 20. By the end of Chrono Stone, it is implied however Fei removed these powers in order to live a longer life.
