Summary
Emma the Gentle Blade is supporting character and an optional boss in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. She was raised and tutored by Dougen, a renowned doctor in Ashina and the man who created the Shinobi Prosthetic. She began serving Isshin Ashina and under his orders, helped Wolf in reuniting with Kuro and defeating Genichiro Ashina. In-game, if Wolf gives her Gourd Seeds, she will increase the amount of Healing Gourds he can carry. She is also one of the three characters that Wolf can give sake to. Through her, the Purification ending can be unlocked. Similarly, Wolf has to kill her in order to fight Isshin and become a Shura. She's the only boss that doesn't give a Memory, since she is just the first phase of the Isshin Ashina fight.
