Summary
Helen Parr, better known as Elastigirl and Mrs. Incredible, is a "Super" who was forced to go into hiding after various lawsuits was mounted against them. Since then, she has been trying to move past her glory days along with her husband, Bob (better known as Mr. Incredible) and her three children, Dash, Violet and Jack-Jack Parr.

Powers and Abilities: Peak Human Strength, Superhuman Durability and Speed, Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant, Stealth Mastery , Acrobatics (Her stretching allows her to leap as far as 80 feet or 24 meters), Elasticity (Able to stretch her whole body out to be as thin as 1 milimeter), Gliding/Semi-Flight (Can flatten her body like a kite to enter in a gliding state), Expert Pilot (Continuously dodged numerous homing missiles for an extended period of time while flying a commercial private jet), Enhanced Senses (Able to notice small objects such as hair and small pieces of rubble in the dark. Can fight opponents with her eyes closed), Resistance to Blunt Force Trauma and Extreme Heat
Attack Potency: Street level (Can knock most common thugs and soldiers), possibly higher (Has a threat level of 6.2, which was higher than a lot of superheroes who appeared on Syndrome's computer and is considered a moderate threat)
Speed: At least Superhuman (Comparable to Mr. Incredible) with Subsonic reactions (Could react to Dash, instantly knocked out Mirage from several meters away with a punch)
Lifting Strength: Class 5 (Lifted an entire RV containing her family during a rocket launch)

Durability: Street level physically, at least Building level+ with Super Suit (Shielded her children from three ballistic missiles crashing into the plane they were riding at once, but was briefly knocked out before recovering to save her children from the fall. Her suit is made from the same material as Mr. Incredible's suit, which was undamaged by the Omnidroid v.10)

Range: 30 meters with functional elasticity (According to her NSA profile), possibly 300 feet (91 meters) at maximum (According to her Kronos profile)
Standard Equipment: Her super suit (Designed to match Elastigirl's abilities and can withstand temperatures of over 1000 degrees, also completely bulletproof)
Intelligence: Above Average (Can make effective strategies in the heat of the battle. Has years of experience in crime-fighting which makes her an excellent hand-to-hand combatant, likely comparable to Mr. Incredible himself. Is also an experienced pilot)
Weaknesses: Her elasticity is limited by the volume of her body, if she stretches herself too much, it would likely damage her (although her suit is said to be able to cover this weakness). She is also weak to below freezing temperatures and can't stretch inside of it without breaking herself. Her strength and durability diminishes in proportion to how much she stretches.
