Summary
The Egg Salamander (エッグサラマンダー Eggusaramandā) is the true final boss of Sonic Rush. It's a powerful mecha that takes the appearance of a lizard, created by the combined efforts of Dr. Eggman and Dr. Eggman Nega to harness the energy of the Sol Emeralds.[1]
With the Eggmen aiming to create Eggmanland after Sonic the Hedgehog and Blaze the Cat's universes converge and collapse due to their presence in Sonic's world, it fought both Super Sonic and Burning Blaze at the Exception before ultimately being destroyed.[2]

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2, and 3; as a mechanical creation, it has no need for sustenance of any kind), Large Size (Type 0), Flight, Weapon Creation (Can utilize a sword-like laser to attack),[2] Bodily Weaponry (With its claws, which the mecha can attack with, and can shoot its arm akin to a projectile),[2] Energy Manipulation & Energy Projection (Can fire wide blasts of energy, use mechanical devices which also fire laser blasts from it, and energy balls that change direction after being fired),[2] Danmaku & Explosion Inducement (With its rockets, which it can shoot en-masse),[2] Spatial Slicing & Gravitational Pull (It can create a large spatial rift that sucks in anything nearby),[2] Invulnerability Negation (Can bypass the Invulnerability of a Super Form with several of its attacks),[2] and Can create dimensions. Resistance to Extreme Cold, Cosmic Radiations, Cyber Corruption (Type 1 - Physical Corruption) & Information Manipulation (Type 2, Fundamental. 4-D - 2 Layers, When Sonic transformed into his Super State, his Cyber Corruption, which was able to affect him despite resisting similar abilities previously, was halted, though it did not cure him outright).
Attack Potency: At most Low Multiverse level (Completely drained the energy of the Sol Emeralds, the presence of which in conjunction with the Chaos Emeralds was causing Blaze's universe to merge with Sonic's and ultimately would've caused both universes to collapse. Fought toe-to-toe with Modern Super Sonic and Burning Blaze separately and could even harm them with specific attacks), can negate conventional durability with spatial slicing
