Summary
Edgard C. Garcia was an experiment led by the US government to create the perfect fighter. Inheriting the genes of the world's most skilled fighters and trained through inhumanly rigorous and precise regimens, Garcia took the world by storm, easily dominating the strongest fighters in the world, usually winning matches in less than a minute. After crippling Iron Kiba and indirectly leading to his death, Garcia participated in the tournament dedicated to him. While he was ultimately victorious, a genetic defect in his heart led to a premature death at the age of 17.
Several years later, underground attempts at cloning Garcia happened, culminating in one successful specimen, Garcia 28.
