Summary
Drew Theodore P. Lipsky was an inventor, even from a young age, being able to develop fantastical yet strange devices by the time he hit the fourth grade, using them to get an edge in sports. After a humiliation in university involving him creating the first Bebe Robot prototypes, he dropped out of school and decided to pursue his true calling in life: crime. At some point, his skin turned blue for unknown reasons, and since then, he has become one of Kim Possible's most prominent enemies under the name Dr. Drakken.

- Stealth Mastery (He has escaped from prison[2]. Once, he managed to conceal his lair in a building made entirely out of cheese with the seismic activity of his drill and Shego's purchases being the only things that gave his location away[2]. He infiltrated a secret government facility[3])

- Regeneration (Low; He can regenerate his petals after they have been plucked out[5])

- Magma Manipulation (With his Magmachine, which he would use to pump magma from below the Earth's crust and project it in order to melt the entire state of Wisconsin, however this does take some time and preparation[2])
- Summoning (He is able to summon Bebes to him by spoken command[16])
- Mind Manipulation and Body Puppetry (He made a brain-switching device which can transfer one's mind into another's body via a wired machine, although their voices stay the same[17]. With the Neuro-Compliance Chip which overrides the brain and the nervous system to put the wearer completely under their control. However, Shego also states that while the chip forced her to obey, she was aware of what was happening to her the entire time[18]. He used a mind-control frequency which was intended to tap into MP3s, although it ended up tapping into hearing aids instead[8]. His "Silly Hat" invention forces whoever is wearing them to act as silly as possible[19]. He possesses a truth ray that shuts down the brain's inhibitors and forces the victim to tell the truth[20]. With Dr. D's Brainwashing Shampoo and Cranium Rinse which mind-controls whoever puts it on their hair[21])

When hooked up to a television, it will create a portal that will suck anyone in the vicinity into the TV shows airing on cable at the time, fully integrating them into the plot of the show as well[24]. The Dimension Compiler, when used in the wrong protocol, could unravel the very fabric of reality and cause dimensions to collide with one another. As this occurred, reality would become weaker until eventually, it would be obliterated in it's entirety[24])
- Weather Manipulation (He stole a weather machine called the Necrometer capable of generating a violent rain and lightning storm over Canada, which also produced hail, the likes of which no one had ever seen before[25])

- Illusion Creation (He created a "cyber-clone" of Wade that he could project through screens to fool Kim, mimicking his appearance and voice[29])

- Existence Erasure (With a serum which when making contact with the skin concentrates the human blushing mechanism so that whenever the victim feels embarrassment or humiliation, it will cause their desire to disappear to come true. Attack Potency: Town level (While in his body, Cleotus Dobbs could damage Shego[17]), higher with Preparation (His Magmachine would have been able to melt the entire state of Wisconsin[2] and the Pan-Dimensional Vortex-Inducer would have created a reality-twisting vortex that would have wiped out Nevada[23]), Mountain level via Environmental Destruction with the Necrometer (The Necrometer was capable of generating a storm of unprecedented size over Canada[25] which should yield at least this much energy), Low Multiverse level over time with the Dimension Compiler (Drakken's Dimension Compiler has the potential to unravel all of reality inside the TV multiverse, pulling other dimensions into a vortex, weakening reality until it would be obliterated[24]. Drakken referred to "reality" as a collection of space, time and energy[23] and Ron stated earlier that there were at least one-hundred and fifty-two channels[24])

Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (He invented and programmed the Bebe robots, which can convey human emotion, be more than a match for Kim Possible in combat, achieve superhuman speeds, analyze targets and threat levels, and claim to be "perfect". However, they did end up becoming self-aware and turned on him after realizing they were beyond him[16]. He has invented a brain-switching device[17], a nano-explosive[11], the Grav-Atomizer[11], and many more inventions that are far beyond modern science. When he was only in the fourth grade, he made a device that allowed him to manipulate rubber products[18]. Drakken created the Dimension Compiler, which was able to unravel all of reality inside the TV multiverse, pulling other dimensions into a vortex and weakening reality until it was obliterated, although this was by accident[24]. He is also somewhat able to contend with Kim Possible in combat[37])
Weaknesses: He is incredibly arrogant and is prone to not thinking his plans through. At times, his lack of self-awareness and common sense causes his plans to backfire. The Bebes he created will eventually turn on him when they realize they are perfect[16].
