
Summary
The Dogma Kingdom (ドグマ王国, Doguma Ōkoku) was an evil organization from outer space whose invasion of Earth was eventually repelled by Kamen Rider Super-1. A secret extremist organization originating from Dark-Nebula B-26 who are seeking to kill Super-1 and rule the earth with their cyborgs, purging all those deemed unworthy of the utopia. The organization was lead by Emperor Terror Macro with General Mergal leading the monsters on their missions.

Industrial Capacity: Can produce Kaijins containing dangerous and extraordinary abilities, such as electricity capable of matching Super-1's 300 million volts beam, hypnotics, precognition and illusion masters, and even monsters that can invade alter dreams through special types of cells and bacteria. Dogma Fighters
The Dogma Fighters (ドグマファイター, Doguma Faitā) are the main grunts of the Dogma Kingdom and the lowest of the ranks. All of them are masters in martial artists, with proficiency with many types of weapons and vehicles. They have more of 90% of their bodies mechanized, making electronic sounds when they move. They are divided in many classes, such as fighters, scientists, police, and motorcycle troops.
Dogma Bodyguards
The Dogma Bodyguards (ドグマ親衛隊, Doguma Shineitai) are direct guards that protects the Emperor Terror Macro, and are among the highest ranks of the Dogma Kingdom. They always act rought towards those who have inferior ranks, such as General Megarl, and they normally act in groups. They are armed with swords, spears, bows, and arrows.
Kaijins
The Kaijins, or Monsters are Dogma Kingdom's deadliest creatures and their main force. They are mostly based on animals, with some of them being merged with other devices due to their mechanical appearences. They are master of Dogma Kenpo, a martial arts capable of rivalizing Kazuya Oki sometimes. The Kaijins are seem to be ranked, from lowest classes, such as Lonely Wolf, from elite ranks like Hebindar, Crazy Tiger, and others.

General Megarl
General Megarl (メガール将軍/死神バッファロー, Megāru Shōgun) is the Dogma Kingdom's only eminent chief whose true form is Death Buffalo (死神バッファロー, Shinigami Baffarō). He was originally a human named Masato Okuzawa (奥沢 正人, Okuzawa Masato) until an event five years prior resulted in his joining Dogma.
Commander Blue Demon
Commander Blue Demon (青鬼指揮官, Ao Oni Shikikan) was a Dogma Kingdom commander and lieutnant. He appears a human with no cybernetic traits. He wears a military uniform reminiscent of former Nazis, and is armed with a sword. He was quickly killed by Super-1.
