Destron was an international organization bent on conquering the world, through terror and destruction. As in the past, he never shows himself, but sends instructions to his subordinates only by voice through a relief of a scorpion, the symbol of Destron. His orders are absolute, and even the most senior officers cannot disobey him. He is trusted by his subordinates and often praises those who carry out his missions, but he also has a ruthless streak that will punish anyone he deems unusable as a member of the organization.

He is the leader of the Mechanical Army. He is dressed in armor like a medieval European warrior, with a dagger at his waist, a one-handed axe in his right hand, and a shield in his left. The coat he wears over his armor bears the emblem of a scorpion, the symbol of Destron, and his helmet also resembles a scorpion. In the final battle against V3, he also gained the ability to transform into the monster Kani Laser through a ritual.

Originally a low-ranking nobleman in Imperial Russia, he moved to Africa after the Russian Revolution and learned the secret arts of the "Doovoo religion," which is widely practiced in the upper reaches of the Congo River in Africa. He usually wore a helmet made of mammoth bone and a robe made of animal skin, but he also wore a tuxedo on occasions when formal attire was required, such as when he was appointed to a high-ranking position. He holds a spear with a fang-like spearhead, which he sometimes wields himself in battle.
Archbishop Tsubasa

Originally from Mongolia, he is said to be a descendant of Genghis Khan, who once established the Mongol Empire. He is also the chief of the Yoroi Clan, which is affiliated with Destron, and many of the monsters under his command are equipped with shells, husks, and hard skin. He is usually clad in a strong suit of armor and has an iron ball with spikes on the tip of his left hand, and he often fights in this form. He is ruthless and ruthless, and has devised cunning strategies to exploit human psychology, such as sending his best friend, now a monster, to Shiro Kazami, or gathering children as a gift of good fortune.Weaknesses: Destron usually executes their soldiers from simples failures, although the number of soldiers never seemed to be a problem for the organization.
