Summary

Death is one of the Lords of Shadow, and one of the main antagonists of the Lords of Shadow series of Castlevania. Going by the name Zobek, he is the dark reflection of the Founders of the Brotherhood of Light.

He sought great power and was blessed by Satan with powers that allowed him to separate the Heavens and Earth, causing catastrophes across the land and cutting everyone's connection to God as a result. He then manipulated Gabriel to kill his wife and go on a journey to kill the other Lords of Shadow in order to gain all of their power.

After he killed Gabriel, Satan turned on him and burned him at the spot, to which Death retreated to recover his wounds. Many centuries later, he tries to find Dracula in an attempt to stop Satan in exchange for the true death he desired.
