Summary
Daoist Water is the sole 3rd Step cultivator of the Cloud Sea Star Domain and master of its strongest sect, the God Sect. He takes the form of a young boy with a rosy complexion and white hair. He's the servant of the Ancient Immortal Sovereign and a cruel and vindictive cultivator that has no qualms crushing far weaker beings that show the capability to grow into threats to him.
