Being a celeb is like... so not what it's cracked up to be. People are always all over you wanting autographs, pictures, hair... and like, privacy is totally a thing of the past. I mean, hell-oooo? Try scratching your nose without a hundred paparazzi snapping away at you! No, thank you! I mean ...Unless, of course... someone out there wants to do a show about me, or something, y'know, being a super-cool spy... Just needs a name... Oh! I know! Totally Clover!
~ Clover Ewing
Rude much?
~ Clover's catchphrase

She is an operative of WOOHP, or the World Organization of Human Protection, an agency of spies dedicated to protecting the globe from manic supervillains, along with her teammates Alex and Sam. Despite these shortcomings, she is an irreplaceable asset to the team and shows incredible skill.

Intelligence: Gifted in General Intelligence, Genius in Skill, Extraordinary Genius as Bionic Clover

As of the last season, Clover has had eight years of experience as a spy with little to no days off[111], and in those eight years, has accomplished the following feats. She and the girls passed a WHOOP field test with flying colors, even when the simulated experience became real[52]. All WOOHP agents are required to go through martial arts training before acceptance and she was able to learn the martial arts technique Jerry showed her seconds after he did[2]. She is able to dodge laser fire from multiple clones while on a snowboard and outmaneuver them on skis as well[10]. She and the girls are able to hold their own against highly-trained hand-picked international gladiators in a fight who are themselves professional athletes. The girls were noted to have made it farther than anyone before them and impressed the host of the fight enough that he considered making them gladiators[49]. She is able to fight alongside the girls against Black Widow androids, who are programmed by an ex-military robotics engineer and are trained to have perfect aim and combat skills[69]. She and the girls managed to defeat much more experienced and older WOOHP agents that had been converted to evil[63]. She and the spies were able to beat a group of kung fu artists using a style called "Kung WOOHP"[3]. She and the girls were able to storm through an army of Spydroids[105]. While still in high school, she earned the rank of Super-Spy[105]. Jerry states that Sam, Alex, and Clover are the best spies that he ever trained[112]. Alongside Alex, she took on Sam in combat[1]. She could redirect dozens of eggs back to the their sender with only a tennis racket while they were being shot out like machine gun fire[91]. She is comparable in skill to her teammates.

Her bionics have vastly[101] increased her intelligence. With it, she was able to create high-tech weaponry in just an afternoon at least[101], which Jerry, who created a time travel machine[3], considered brilliant[101]. She created the electro-magnetron on her lunch break[101]. It also made her a master strategist, able to formulate an algorithmic way to improve efficiency as a team by 47.9%[101]. In the same day that she did all of these, she defeated every threat to WOOHP with ease[101] and in even less time, created an entire island's worth of boobytraps[101] including sentient vines[101]. While in this state, she easily dispatched of Sam and Alex[101] before they found out her weakness, and considered them amateurs[101].

Standard Tactics: Clover usually opens up with hand-to-hand combat, opting to rush in headfirst without thinking while using acrobatics to get a jump on the enemy with her agility. However, at the first sign of disadvantage, or with knowledge of a weakness, or that she has a significant disadvantage that only a device can solve, she will use the appropriate gadget for the job. It should be noted that if given preparation time, GLADIS, WOOHP's artificial intelligence, will use her Analytical Prediction capabilities to inform her of what gadget will be the most useful on her mission[79] with an inhuman level of accuracy[20].

Weaknesses: Clover is obsessed with cute boys and often talks too much during stealth operations, which often leads to her capture. She is incredibly arrogant and often agitates her enemies. Her obsession with beauty can often distract her during critical moments. She is not willing to accept her mistakes. Clover often does not take missions seriously. She has a hot temper. She can often be gullible. Her Compowder malfunctions when wet[52] though later models fix this issue.[113]. | Her boy and beauty obsessions are no longer a factor as she no longer cares about her popularity as she is now hyper-competent at her job and devoted to only the mission. However, she is weak to water and magnetism[101].

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

WOOHP gadgets: WOOHP is a multi-billion dollar organization, and as such, they use this money to develop gadgets for the girls to take out during missions. While they're constantly developing new gadgets. Below are an assortment of gadgets that are more combat applicable, or provide unique abilities.

  • Compowder: The Compowder is a WOOHP gadget that is shaped as a compact mirror. It serves as a mobile phone to Jerry, and also does analysis. It has many purposes, such as data analysis, changing appearence, teleporting and transferring gadgets over, Interfacing gadgets etc, as some of its more combat applicable uses
  • Wind Tunnel 3000 Tornado Blast Hairdryer: A Hairdryer looking device that is able to blow powerful gusts of wind and fire infrared heat rays. It can also work as a powerful vacuum.
  • Evapo-blaster: A large cannon that can shoot super hot concentrated beams that can instantly melt large avalanches. During the episode 'The New Jerry’, it was modified by Tim Scam to include a missile guidance system, and was used in order to evaporate the world's oceans in a matter of second.
  • Ice Queen Perfume: A gadget resembling perfume filled with liquid nitrogen, that is instantly able to freeze someone.
  • Ultra Inflatable Nylon Tech Vest: A vest that is able to inflate when a cord is pulled, which allows her to survive from falling off a skyscraper with minimal injuries.

  • Red Heat Throat Lozenge: A lozenge that is able to release a blast of fire when in contact with salivary glands.

  • Electro-Magnetic Field Dispersal Walkman: A gadget that emits an EMP pulse, knocking out electrical gadgets and rendering them useless.
  • Chameleon Eye Shadow: Eye shadow, that when inserted, is able to turn the bearer completely invisible. If it is wiped off, the bearer will become visible again.
  • 24 Hour Extra Power All Day Adhesive Hair Pomade: A can that is able to spray glue, capable of sticking and restraining opponents down via adhesion for 24 hours at maximum.
  • Ka-zoo-ka: A kazoo that is able to function as a bazooka, and shoot missiles.

Note: Although certain spies have been shown to individually use certain gadgets, the gadgets at the start of each episode are assigned to all of the spies in full. Thus Sam and Alex should have access to gadgets like the Brute Suit despite only Clover using it in the episode.
