Additionally, Redfield holds a mastery in hand-to-hand combat and knife usage, allowing him to integrate his skills together effectively[3][1][2])
Weaknesses: Chris can only wield one Infinity Gem and equip up to three card effects at a time.
Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Low Shot: Chris quickly fires his pistol, aiming downwards.
- Air Low Shot: While airborne, Chris quickly fires his pistol, aiming diagonally downwards.
- Stun Rod: Chris steps forward, swinging his stud rod downwards.
- Slide: Chris slides forward on the ground, kicking the opponent.
- Elbow Drop: Chris jumps up before dropping with his elbow pointed downwards.
- Flamethrower: Chris takes out his flamethrower, unleashing its flames.
- Prone Position: As the name implies, Chris gets into a prone position while aiming his pistol forwards. Being this low to the ground allows him to avoid most attacks. Chris can also crawl forwards or backwards should it favour his situation.
- Prone Shot: During Prone Position, Chris can score sneaky shots on the opponent's midsection while staying low to the ground.
- Shoulder Tackle: In Prone Position, Chris can choose to quickly move out of his stance, moving up and shoulder bashing the opponent.
- Ground Throw: Chris gets behind the opponent, restraining them and snapping their neck.
- Air Throw: While airborne, Chris stomps on the opponent, pushing down on them until they slam into the ground.
- Gunfire: Chris takes out one of his firearms and shoots at the opponent. The attacks vary depending on the weapon used. All of these variants can be performed aerially.
- Shotgun: Chris fires a spread of bullets from his shotgun.
- SMG: Chris fires multiple bullets from his SMG.
- Revolver: Chris fires a single shot from his revolver, with it being powerful enough to knock the opponent backwards hard.
- Grenade Toss: Chris takes out an explosive to use against his enemies. His first option is placing a land mind on the ground, which will detonate should an opponent step over it. The second option is standard grenade. Chris' last option is a grenade that explodes in a burst of flames, leaving a flame carpet behind on the area it detonated at.
- Combination Punch: Chris sends two punches into the opponent, which can be used in slightly different variants. A set of followups to this attack are available to Chris.
- Body Blow: A followup gut punch to Combination Punch.
- Heavy Blow: A followup to Body Blow where Chris punches at the opponent's chest.
- Payoff/Straight Punch: A followup to Combination Punch or Heavy Blow where Chris delivers a straight punch at the opponent.
- Magnum Combo: A followup to Combination Punch or Payoff where Chris takes out his magnum, firing it at the opponent point-blank.
- Shotgun Combo: A followup to Body Blow where Chris takes out his shotgun, firing it at the opponent point-blank.
- Grenade Launcher: Chris pulls out a Grenade Launcher and fires a nitrogen grenade at the opponent, freezing the opponent. Chris then proceeds to fire a normal grenade in the sky, and follows it with two more grenades, with the previous grenade that was fired upward then falling down on the opponent, having some homing capability.
- Sweep Combo: Chris slashes the opponent with his knife, stuns them with the stun rod, fires his shotgun, shoots a burst of SMG bullets, followed by a revolver shot, and finally a rocket from his RPG.
- Satellite Laser: Chris pulls out a large, bazooka-like tracking device. The player can then scroll around the screen with a large cross hair. Hitting an attack button will fire a laser at the spot the cross hair is on, this can be done three times before the Hyper Combo ends.
- Power Gem: Chris can use the Power Gem to increase his attack damage for a short period of time. In Infinite, the Infinity Surge version grants him a powerful attack with increased pushback force.
- Time Gem: Chris can use the Time Gem to increase his movement speed for a brief time. In Infinite, the Infinity Surge version allows him to move a set distance forward or backwards in the form of an instant dash that goes through the opponent and their attacks.
- Reality Gem: Chris can use the Reality Gem to create three different elemental projectiles across the screen; electric spheres, icicles and fire orbs. In Infinite, the Infinity Surge version will make him launch a slow, homing energy burst with each use.
- Space Gem: Chris can use the Space Gem to increase his defense for a period of time, which reduces damage taken from the opponent's attacks. In Infinite, the Infinity Surge version allows him to push the opponent forward or backwards, and the Infinity Storm version seals them in a large, square force cage which restricts their movement for a while.
- Mind Gem: Chris can use the Mind Gem to constantly refill his Hyper Combo gauge for a short period of time. In Infinite, the Infinity Surge version provides him with a special throw attack which instantly stuns an opponent if hit.
- Soul Gem: Chris can use the Soul Gem to increase/fill his health for a short period of time. In Infinite, the Infinity Surge version grants him a far-reaching energy attack which absorbs the health off the opponent upon hit.
