Summary
A head of a a bufflo, legs of a hippopotamus, and a tail with a mace on the end alongside an extremely long neck, the Catoblepas is a terrible beast which no adventurer wants to meet.
Their tails can swing with incredible speed, though this is not their most prominent feature- rather, it is their supernatural capabilities, which vary based on gender.
Male Catoblepas have death rays coming from their eyes which can easily murder anyone not careful, while females produce a poisonous gas that can enter one's system through their skin.
