Summary
Cain, also known as The Father of Murder, was the first born of Adam and Eve, the brother of Abel, and founder, the former leader, and trainer of Knights of Hell. Cain and his brother are also the direct ancestors to Sam and Dean. Cain became known as the worst demon to ever exist before retiring for love. After coming out of a 150-year retirement to fight Abaddon's forces, Cain fell back under the influence of the Mark of Cain and began slaughtering his descendants, leading to Dean killing him.

Weaknesses: Can be killed if the Mark is removed from him, which can be done so with specific spells. Can be killed by the First Blade, though he cannot permanently kill himself with it. As a Demon, his abilities can be suppressed by a Devils Trap, though he retains them inside one, unlike other demons.
