Psalm Twenty-Three. I haven't heard it since I drank from a pharisee, in the court of Herod. Your utterances and baubles will grant you the same protection they did him. I'm older than the Bible. As old as God itself. I am Cain. Evil gets its name from me.

Summary

Cain, the Sire of all Vampires, is a being far older than humanity, being born with the curse that he would spread across Earth, turning all of his victims into more faithful servants that he would eventually try to use to take over the world.

Powers and Stats

Tier: 4-B

Name: Cain

Origin: DC Comics

Gender: Male

Age: Unknown (Older than light, dark, heaven or hell[1])

Classification: Vampire

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Regeneration (Low-Godly) and Immortality (Type 1, 3 and 7: Has the same powers as Andrew who, after his body was taken over by Cain, reformed out of random debris[2]. Cain himself reformed out of dust after being killed, with it seemingly not being the dust of his own body[3]), Transformation (Vampires can turn into mist, wolves, bats and werewolves[4]), Flight (Can hover normally or fly by turning into bats or mist), Cloth Manipulation (Much more powerful than Mary, who can control the clothing she wears with enough precision and strength to block a thrown sword[5]), Power Bestowal & Corruption (Vampires can convert others through a bite,[6] with the newly turned often becoming subservient to their sire[7]), Martial Arts (Brawled with Andrew evenly), Weapon Creation (Can summon weapons of various sorts out of nothing[5][8]), Extrasensory Perception (Has a psychic connection with his progeny[8]. Can also sense who the sire of other vampires is[7]), Social Influencing (Vampires like Cain are incredibly charismatic, to the point of being able to convert foes into allies in minutes and turn experiences that should have been traumatic into treasured ones[8][9]), Sleep Manipulation (Can knock out others with his mist form[10]), Enhanced Senses (Vampires can feel molecular disturbances in the air and pheromones[11]. Can smell magic[12]), Power Nullification, Regeneration, (Mid, far superior to Mary who prevented Cain's vampires from growing back their heads[1]), Stealth Mastery (Vampires are naturally hard to notice, as they do not breathe or have a heartbeat[13]), Self-Sustenance (Type 1, doesn't breathe[13]), Magic, Absorption (Cancelled Constantine's attempts at forming a magic seal. Passively drained the magic of nearby magicians such as Zatanna[14][1]), Earth Manipulation (Can control dust[3]), Deconstruction, Mind Manipulation (Andrew turned Cain's vampires to dust and reformed them under his control[3]), Energy Projection (Can fire blasts of energy, even AOE ones[3][15]), Memory Manipulation (Andrew wiped Gotham's memories of the vampire apocalypse[3]), Telekinesis (Andrew magically lifted a vampire[16]), Illusion Creation (Andrew made two people hallucinate their heads blowing up[16]), Air Manipulation (Andrew hit Mary with a wind attack when she turned into mist[15]), Petrification (Andrew petrified Mary, then shattered her[15]), Forcefield Creation, Attack Reflection, Magic (Andrew can create large forcefields by using Zatanna's backwards magic or just with his Energy Projection, and give them reflective properties[15][17]), Paralysis Inducement (Andrew froze two warring armies[18]), Absorption (Andrew absorbed the darkness of every vampire nearby, curing them[19]), Empathic Manipulation, Statistics Amplification (Controlled all of Mary's vampires, putting them into a state of bloodlust as well as giving them more strength and regeneration[1]), Extrasensory Perception, Soul Manipulation (Sensed the souls inside Andrew and drew them out[20])

Attack Potency: Solar System level (Stomped Zatanna and Madame Xanadu, easily overpowering their magic attacks and defenses[3][2]. While I, Vampire initially stomped him with the advantage of surprise, he could later fight him evenly[21])

Speed: Massively FTL+ (Comparable to I, Vampire)

Lifting Strength: Unknown (Equal to I, Vampire)

Striking Strength: Solar System level

Durability: Solar System level

Stamina: Superhuman. Thanks to his regenerative abilities Cain can fight long battles even after grievous injuries.

Range: Standard Melee Range, at least up to Extended Melee Range with weaponry, Thousands of Kilometers with his abilities[19]

Standard Equipment: None notable, sword and armor in the past.

Intelligence: Average.

Weaknesses: None notable, as he is immune to typical vampire weaknesses such as holy items or sunlight.
