Intelligence: Fairly high. Is a skilled manipulator, has tricked many people with his powers

Weaknesses: Can only target those who learn of his existence or read/hear his name, has not displayed any direct combat feats

Standard Tactics: The Bye Bye Man does not directly attack. Instead, he observes his targets and uses his powers to make them ill, force them to hear sounds nonstop, make them hallucinate, and gradually drive them insane. A common tactic is to use his illusions to trick his targets into killing themselves or others, such as by making them get run over by a train or making them see someone attacking another person so they will attack them in what they believe to be defense of another person. He can manipulate people into killing their loved ones through his illusions. He himself does not appear to his victims very often, as he can use his powers without being physically present. Once he has tormented them enough, he either drives them to suicide or makes them say his name to someone else to spread his influence.
