Summary

Buttercup is the main tritagonist of the animated television series The Powerpuff Girls, along with her sisters Blossom and Bubbles. She's the Toughest Fighter; she's the bravest, most headstrong of the superhero trio.

Stamina: Superhuman (Physically beyond physically peaked humans. Went an entire day of crime fighting alongside her other sisters. Can shrug off slash and piercing damage. Can withstand blows from those far beyond their physical class such as Dynamo and an Alien Spaceship whose attacks are on the level of those who usually tank attacks from the Powerpuff Girls. Labelled the toughest fighter of her sisters, which should make her superior in this department to them)

Intelligence: Average (Consistently more rational and quicker on her feet than Bubbles. Shown to be much more logical for her age. Has extensive knowledge on the Napoleonic wars. Skilled fighter although is shown to be reckless and has a poor way of gauging the destruction of her battles)

Standard Tactics: Buttercup prefers to cut talk and immediately beat down her opponent. She's aggressive, relentless, brutal, and uses a combination of physical attacks and eye blasts to take out an opponent. Her main method is to overwhelm her opponent to the point of incapacitation, and usually does so blindly to the damage she is doing to them

Weaknesses: Extreme arrogance and stubbornness; is often reckless. Prone to ticklishness. Threatening of feminity is shown to impair her fighting ability and focus, such as embarrassment. Arrogantly refuses to take a bath after she gets dirty. Has a huge obsession with her blanket (Cover Up), and arguing with her sisters in team battles as she is often argumentive. She is incapable of escaping fly paper. Buttercup often shows a really big urge to fight and tend to underestimate her opponent(s) when fighting.

Explanations

While Buttercup doesn't seem to have any special superpower different from her sisters, she is physically the strongest of the three girls. In the episode "Speed Demon" it was also revealed that she can fly the fastest out of all of her sisters. Her special ability is shown to be able to curl her tongue.
