Summary
A resident in the same Parahuman asylum as her childhood friend, Elle, Mimi managed to escape at one point, and when she killed a pimp who was harassing her, she trapped herself in a destructive loop and ended up joining the Slaughterhouse Nine before her head cleared, taking on the name Burnscar.
