“ | Some people call me cocky and brash, but actually, I am just self-assured. I'm nonchalant, imperturbable, contemplative. I play it cool, but I can get hot under the collar. And above all, I'm a very 'aware' character. I'm well aware that I am appearing in an animated cartoon... And sometimes I chomp on my carrot for the same reason that a stand-up comic chomps on his cigar. It saves me from rushing from the last joke to the next one too fast. And I sometimes don't act, I react. And I always treat the contest with my pursuers as 'fun and games.' When momentarily I appear to be cornered or in dire danger and I scream, don't be consoined - it's actually a big put-on. Let's face it, Doc. I've read the script and I already know how it turns out. | „ |

Coyote could not break out of[13]), Attack Reflection (He is shown to be able to reflect[12] blasts[14] with mirrors), Resistance to Time Stop (When his cartoon's flow of time completely stopped due to a computer error, he was still able to move freely[15]), Regeneration Negation (High-Godly; Bugs only took normal damage from a weapon Marvin was using that negated the regeneration of toons like Daffy[16])
Attack Potency: Varies (As a toon, Bugs' capabilities depends on his belief of what he can or cannot do,[17] with toons being actors that are required to take damage and pain in order to gain laughs and their power level varying depending on what they need to endure,[18] although his physiology naturally allows him to perform superhuman feats[19]) from City Block level (Can harm Wile E. Coyote[20]) to High Universe level (Comparable to Daffy, who can harm Porky,[21] who once survived the universe being popped up like a balloon,[22] which was stated to be infinite.[23] On par with other Toons which can no sell the destruction[24] of celestial[25] bodies[26]). Multiverse level at his peak (Portrayed as being superior to Buster Bunny,[27] who can harm Hamton,[28] who could survive the entire film reel being destroyed.[29] Comparable to Daffy Duck and Porky Pig, who managed to run so fast that they destroyed the cartoon they were in.[30] Once destroyed the cartoon with a pair of scissors[31])
Speed: Varies from Sub-Relativistic (Can keep up with Wile E. Coyote.[13][20] Reacted to a baseball which traveled around the world in seconds[32]) to Massively FTL+ (Should be capable of reaching the same level of speed as Yakko. Constantly outruns Marvin the Martian and his lasers,[33] who is fast enough to dodge attacks from Yosemite Sam's cannon, which are this fast[34]). Immeasurable at his peak (Traveled to the past by burrowing and stated that he once traveled to the 25th Century by using the same method[35])
Lifting Strength: Varies from Class 10 (Comparable to Wile E. Coyote), up to Class K (Effortlessly lifted a giant ship and threw it over Yosemite Sam). Infinite at his peak (Superior to Buster Bunny, who is able to struggle against Plucky Duck, who held and spread over an universe to replace the old one[36])
Striking Strength: Varies from City Block level to High Universe level. Multiverse level at his peak
Durability: Varies from City Block level (On par with Coyote, who withstood a massive explosion caused by a hunting drone which completely pulverized a mountain[20]) to High Universe level. Multiverse level at his peak (He is capable of taking hits from Daffy,[37] who could fight Buster Bunny)
Stamina: Superhuman (As a toon, he is capable of taking an extreme amount of punishment including losing body parts, being flattened, set on fire, blown up, reduced to a puddle or ashes, die, be erased, and endure a good amount of gunfire and still come out alright and ready to shake it off. He is capable of building an entire city in seconds[38] without breaking a sweat. In the Wabbit episode "Bugs Bunny?" he stayed up for an entire night and showed no signs of fatigue. As a toon, his body is not capable of aging or wearing down thanks to his immortal nature)
Range: Standard Melee Range. Up to Multiversal with Cartoon Physics
Standard Equipment: Virtually anything imaginable via Hammerspace
Intelligence: Extraordinary Genius (Bugs is the prime example of what a toon should be, mastering the use of Toon Physics that require a full education from Acme Looniversity to truly master to the point that they are ready to star in cartoons. Bugs Bunny is not only above most toons in this regard, he is a professor and even the principal of Acme Looniversity itself. He has outsmarted the likes of Yosemite Sam, Elmer Fudd, and Marvin the Martian on a frequent basis. In Looney Tunes: Back In Action, he also concocted a plan to trick Daffy into starring in a movie without him being even aware and convincingly acting as if the movie was real the entire time. His acting is enough to completely fool people with even shoddy disguises that don't even try to hide that he is a bunny and as a toon, he should be able to learn virtually anything just by reading a book once. He is also capable of learning new skills on the spot just by watching someone do it once, as he did with Elmer's hypnosis skill)
Weaknesses: Doesn't take fights too seriously unless he is fighting someone on an Animator's level.
