Summary
Vril Dox was an unbelievably intelligent but callous inventor on the planet Colu. Caring for nothing but the gaining of new knowledge, Dox aided the Computer Tyrants in their fascist rule of the planet in order to further his own experiments and projects. However, the Computer Tyrants hated Dox and feared his intellect, and sabotaged one of his experiments, vaporizing his body, but his mind remained. Years later, Dox would possess the man known as Milton Fine, the Amazing Brainiac and use his body for over a decade in his schemes.
Seemingly contradictory to this history, the being known as Brainiac would lead a shadowy conquest of the universe, destroying entire solar systems and extracting the knowledge that lay within them. Considered an almost mythical force akin to the Bogeyman, Brainiac was feared even by General Zod who dare not cross him. After his failed conquest of Earth, Brainiac was forced to become a much-more earthbound force, starting an uneasy partnership with Lex Luthor though would return to Colu for one last plot.

Stamina: Superhuman
Range: Universal with black holes, otherwise Varies up to Planetary with most of his weapons.
Standard Equipment: Countless pieces of technology, documented in his Powers and Abilities section. Most notably is his Skull-Ship and Brainiac Probes. The Skullship is an immensely powerful spaceship that he is one with, and thus, its capabilities are his.
Intelligence: Supergenius (Considered the most intelligent being in the universe by Superman[46] and Brainiac 5. Naturally a 12th Level Intellect, orders of magnitude higher than the 8th Level Intellects of Coluans, and uses technology to boost his intelligence even more[47] His brain is leagues stronger than machinery that can process information of over seven octodecillion beings[32] Astronomically more intelligent than Lex Luthor and has outperformed him without trying.[14] Has built machines capable of destroying one thousand years of history and eventually, all of time and space.[16] His mind is so vast that Saturn Girl, one of the greatest telepaths in the universe, struggled to read it even when he was knocked out.[24] Despite his truly vast intellect, he has been shown numerous times to be an at-best Average fighter, ironically relying on raw strength and brute-force, which has allowed him to be dominated by much more skillful fighters such as General Zod[38] and Lex Luthor[9]). Nigh-Omniscient as the God Machine (Processed all the information in the Post-Crisis multiverse,[27] which was infinite)
Weaknesses: Brainiac is an android and thus has typical robotic weaknesses, for example, electricity can harm his robotic brain. While in his Bio-Shell, he can be severely depowered by severing his connections to the ship.
