Summary
Boomer Kuwanger was part of the 17th Elite Unit serving directly under Sigma. He sided with Sigma after his commander turned Maverick, assessing the situation involving the two sides and ultimately coming to the conclusion that Sigma's plans were more likely to succeed out of pure logic, unlike many of his fellow Mavericks who sided with him for either emotional or motivational reasons. Although, after being confronted by Mega Man X, he also saw this as personally interesting to him, now being free to test his might against the likes of X, whom he let slip that Sigma saw much potential from. Ultimately, he was destroyed in battle by X.
