Book of Demons

Summary

The Book of Demons is a powerful Demonic Artifact that was recovered from Sparda's demonic tower, known as the Temen-ni-gru. It's purpose is to steal and absorb Souls into it to empower the one it finds a worthy user, created by Matriach Matilda. It is a source of immense power, and has been sought after by numerous demonic and human entities for it's otherworldly powers and properties, once even being used to perform miracles. It has currently chosen Dante to be it's wielder through a mysterious but unknown consciousness that resides within it's pages. The Artifact serves as a major plot point and device of the canonical mobile game Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat.

Can bypass conventional durability with Faye's powers.

Speed: Immobile (is a book), can at least amplify the user's speed to Massively Hypersonic (contains Nevan, who can attack and react to lightning), to Infinite, (grants access to the powers of the Ripper, who can travel across the infinite Demon World in a day), at max can amplify the user's speed to Immeasurable, (allows the use of Pluto, whose speed bypasses and travels along the dimensional axis of time and is faster than his Ripper's)

Weaknesses: The book is only capable of being used by those it finds worthy, and has it's own consciousness. It will also only consider you if you can resist it's effects.
