This page seems to be quite barebones too to remain, out of having "Unknown" on practically all stats and nearly no justifications on powers, also somewhat questionable formatting..
The Ds also have a pretty poor reasoning for their tier now, being stated to be X dimensional by itself no longer leads into qualifying to tier 1, among other things, plus also suffers from a lack of scans/justifications on powers and abilities.
