Chara and the Player are supposed to share the same name in-lore tho (Toby Fox also said that you should give your name to Chara to support the link).
There's the fact that Chara isn't supposed to be able to reset if there's no genocide run before the True Pacifist, so Flowey talking to Chara here would be weird, especially when he knows about IRL humans ("sickos that stand around and WATCH it happen").
There's also Chara supposedly talking to the Player, which always made more sense than them talking to Frisk.
Sans stuff do refers to Frisk and Chara shenanigans tho, so the only profile is the name and the quote used as a profile.
