I've been following the thread for a few days, it wasn't "everyone else agrees" that his reasoning is wrong. One other person agreed with his reasoning, and you and two other staff members disagreed with his reasoning. But even this matter isn't an objective issue of what the source-material says, it's how lenient you're willing to be with scaling. Since there's no official rule on how to treat cases like that there's no real way to make a good argument over it. |

EDIT: But considering Regis has gotten "last warnings" multiple times and hasn't shaped up, perhaps a ban for a few days or a week is in order.
