I wasn't sure exactly how much of the energy was pulverizing, as the environmental effect was not uniform on all affected objects (some turned to dust while some left behind debris (bottom-most 'aftermath' image)), so I dialed down to violent fragmentation instead.
The City Wall was calced to be around 26 meters tall too, which is very tall by historical standard, so kindly check the math for the measurements as well.
The AP of the attacker already scales to a higher baseline, but the feat will still be used to determine the Durability of the person who was hit by this attack.
