I do have a feeling this isn't fair but fuck it. Cal mentioned it the other day. Time manipulating gunners duke it out.

Magical Girl Homura and Low 7-C Post-Volume 20 Kurumi were used. Homura is banned from using her 7-B bombs.

Homura's AP scales to significantly below 6.66 kilotons.

Kurumi scales to significantly above 2.4 kilotons.

Homura's durability may be a problem but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
