Since the Sole Survivor for some reason doesn’t have an anti material rifle, yeah that and few special snipers would be better than most snipers the Sole Survivor can get.
Also yes, his speed should probably be upgraded. (A few death claws were also supposed to be upgraded to 8-B (I think), but that doesn’t really matter right now)
