That would make sense due to Kirito being able to absorb any type of energy via Night Sky Sword, but yeah if he caught the beam of light then it would most likely be a FTL feat.

Due to the nature of light also, though reacting to light would either 1-10x FTL depending on how quick or how casually it was done.
