+ | Three issues. Shinobu's child form in Kizu seems wildly different from her quasi-vampire forms in the rest of the series. The youngest form (10 years old) has the strength of a regular child (Kizu chapter 4 page 61), and only has the power of healing; she can't even suck blood (Kizu chapter 9 page 147), this is obviously weaker than quasi-vampire Shinobu's 8 year old form, so feats from her Kizu forms aren't really usable; they don't seem to relate to her quasi-vampire form at all. |
Second issue, she's not so much regenerating a whole arm from scratch; she re-attaches her arm and it regenerates back on, I'm not sure about calling this low-mid. In the novels this event is a bit vague, it only mentions the arm being ripped off and nothing about it regenerating or being re-attached, but the anime's interpretation seems reasonable. |

Three issues.
Third issue, Shinobu was far above base when ripping off her arm in Neko K, so she'd still need her Low low-end. The regen should be changed to "Varies, At least Low to {whatever regen reattaching an arm is}".
