New feats have the characters consistently at 8-A throughout season 1 and 2, while they don't have any consistent feats above this.
Do to how the feat is shown Undergrowth's forest feat is invalid as it's possible the later half of the feat could be a part of Undergrowth's vision to what he wanted. The bounties that place Undergrowth around the same as Vortex
Danny Phantom keeping up with and surviving attacks from Vortex are outliers do to how there are several inconsistencies in the power scaling in that episode.
Danny's Ghostly will be losing his 4-A rating do to it's showings suggesting it is a hax based move rather than pure AP.
So all season three characters keys with the exception of Vortex will be downgraded to At least 8-A as it requires the least amount of assumptions and is more consistent.
Basically the downgrade comes from the fact that Danny Phantom is too inconsistent with it's powerscaling so it's better to go with the safest route (even though I disagree with some arguments).
