With a bomb that does not vary in energy and has 2B AP then it would be pretty straightforward 2B as well. With a bomb with a most likely varying energy output, which might only cover the earth (in multiple timelines) and might work via existence erasure and we're not even 100% sure if it was in Ben Prime's timeline during the destruction of the universe and even if it was, we're not even sure if it even got destroyed in the first place… things tend to get a little complicated... |

With a bomb that does not vary in energy and has 2B AP then it would be pretty straightforward 2B as well.
