His monster form would only be short of of the high end of street level or 4.5 kilojoules. So no you would not be using any multipliers as that would be wanking sorry. |

Edit: also was that small power boost after or before he performed that storm feat. If it's after you can't use that multiplier since he performed the feat with the boost.
