The second lowest of the Slaadi race, the Blue Slaad is also a fearsome enemy. Their claw attacks inflict a terrible disease that turns creatures into Red Slaad, with it being unironic as the two Slaad types both loath each other.

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Claw: A Blue Slaad's claw attack alongside cutting their enemies transmits a deadly disease. The disease will steadily convert the victim into a Red Slaad, with the process weakening the original body until they succumb to the process.
- Summon Slaad: Once per day the Blue Slaad can try summon more of its kind, with a 40% of success. Once summoned this way, other Blue Slaad can't use their own summoning ability for an hour.

- Hold Person: The Blue Slaad can choose a humanoid target within a 180 feet range and cause them full body paralysis, making them freeze in place.
