Summary
Bloody Lord Valentin was a vampire that was too violent and vicious, before being defeated by Ruminas Valentine, and split into two separate beings when he still proved too troublesome. One of them is Roy Valentin, who acted as Ruminas's stand-in in the Demon Lord Council, while the other, Louis Valentin, served as the Pope Emperor of the Holy Empire Ruberios.
Thus, they established a system where Roy terrorizes the masses as a Demon Lord while letting Louis and Ruminism give them safety and salvation.
