Can be ill-tempered and impatient. Despises anything cute, lovely, or heroic. Can be summoned by members or equipment from the Black Hat Organization[6], sometimes without his knowledge[45].

- Is likely responsible for "The Tragedy of '91" where a tsunami flooded Sumatra with the screams of the damned being heard by all survivors, which was indicated to be from him due to the Red Eclipse that accompanied the event[8].
Notes:
- Canon of Villainous
- The clones created by the evil ray[46], which include Black Hot[12] and the statue in Crossover[47] Nexus[18], only copy the physical appearance[9] of whatever the user believes the most evil thing is. The device they are created with is a powered by the byproduct of[9] Black Hat's corruption on Hat Island[9] (H3-X) and it is likely where the clones draw their abilities from. They are not comparable to Black Hat directly, with the clones lacking[18] resistances[43] or strength[18] of the original. With the nature of how they got these abilities being a power source directly from Black Hat's corruption, it is highly likely Black Hat has access to the abilities shown by the clones created.
